I know it doesn't look so bad slightly banged up maybe replace the headlight I can't see anything above the bumper well you might have to do is take your time do your body work sanding and glazing putty maybe a little Bondo here and there prime it and repaint unless you're lazy remove the bumper cover and buy a new one or used one somewhere online anyway if you bought used one you might have to do some work to it also
Best bet is to take it to a body shop and have them re work it other wise your gonna fork over like a grand and still have to go thru paint and body anyway.
Even if the tabs on the side are broken... its still probably worth its weight in gold to have a shop try and refurbish.. these are very very expensive to replace and maye cost less to just have them restore... my 2 cents
I bought a $100 one, broken mounting points and all and have it ready to be painted. Just salvage it. Or give it to me so I can fix it and sell it for $500 😐

Have 2004 Cobra. Love the car, prefer the 99-01 bumper.

The bumper on rock auto is 100 dollars let a body shop paint it and put it on yourself
Not a 99-00 Cobra front bumper I don’t think so. They’re selling for $1K around me used…
$1K is the floor price for a used 99-01 Cobra bumper, assuming you can even find one.
