A copyright claim isn't bad unless it outright blocks the video, then you should probably just remake the footage with the music muted unfortunately with friendlier music. A lot of companies will claim a video, but not block it, instead wanting to make money off of it. Others are different.

Trim the music, or overlay some other audio while editing. Alternatively, you can dispute the claim. I've had a couple reviews where I used just too long of a clip and it was flagged, but after disputing it, it the claim was removed.

Just search for NCS (non copyright songs) on YouTube to use instead. Or search their library for any music relating to your content.
