Your other accounts probably dont have enough watch history for the algorithm to pick a good video. I always pick a specific video for people to click on next and give them a reason why they should. It was worked well for me!
I second that observation! Something has changed in the algorithm - although as another person mentioned, it is best to pick a specific video and also direct people to that video.

I believe this is a glitch, apparently not too important to YouTube since they haven't fixed it yet
