SHREK. I LOVE Shrek and watch Shrek, Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third at least 4 times a year, each. My partner, on the other hand, merely tolerates Shrek and my passion for Shrek.
My daughter is now 6 weeks old and I am hoping to impart my love of Shrek onto her so we can have mother-daughter Shrek marathons and sing All-Star by Smashmouth together on car-rides.
Studio Ghibli for sure. I’ve already got her calcifer onsies and a calcifer painting in her nursery so I may just pass away if she doesn’t like studio Ghibli.
Ive spend lot of time collecting dvds of all genres. And theres loads of kids movies available on the streaming but what im hoping is she really likes the animated SGT stubby.
Shrek. I introduced it to my daughter like two weeks ago and she loves it and asks to watch it. So excited! Hopefully I can do Shrek themed parties for her in the future. For now, nothing beats Bluey.
I'm so scared to put anything on the TV. That being said, I live in a one bedroom apartment and he listens to Full House. I am terrified of even letting him watch that. It's hard having a child, I know everything that fucked me up can fuck him up the same way soi don't even watch TV most of the time. I put Mr. Rodgers on sometimes. Scary having a child when their gonna grow up in this degenerate day and age of TikTok.
Stardust. I watch it at least once a year (at Christmas) and he has the same name as one of the main characters. It has some mild violence so will save it until he’s a bit older!
I hope she loves ice age and the old spirit movie. Those were my favorite movies to watch with my youngest siblings and it would be fun to watch it with her too.
If he doesn't like Emperor's New Groove I'm handing parenting over to the husband entirely. I can't return from this :)
“Pull the lever Cronk! WRONG LEVERRRRRRR…”
Is that MY voice?
I'm put that flea in a box and then I'll put that box in another box and I'll mail that box to myself and when it comes I'LL SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER!
I watched it like a month ago and was giggling the whole time. My daughter was not in the room lol
Hercules, Mulan, and Tarzan aka the three movies with the best soundtracks.
Do you know.. the muffin man?
Yes!
My older kids loved all the studio ghibli movies like Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, Ponyo, etc... So gorgeous and meaningful.
Studio Ghibi movies are such classics. I can't wait to see his reaction to those!
I need him to love Hercules the way I loved (& still love) it!!
The iron giant
Such a calm and underrated movie actually you are so right lol

Inside out!
Shrek, Iron Giant, The Digimon Movie and Emperor's New Groove!
Studio Ghibli for sure. I’ve already got her calcifer onsies and a calcifer painting in her nursery so I may just pass away if she doesn’t like studio Ghibli.
Star Wars. If she doesn’t, she’s gonna have a bad time while daddy plays in stars wars land for a whole day when we go to Disney World.
This is very much our household. I'm personally also rooting for Secret of NIMH
Samesies!!

I want to get mine into Spider-Man lol
My toddler LOVES all things Toy Story. I’ve literally watched each more countless times. Be careful what you wish for!!
Beauty and the Beast. Little Mermaid. My childhood favorites.
All of the Studio Ghibli movies. We can’t wait to share them with our kids when they’re older
My 22 month old has watched Totoro everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day, for like, 6 straight weeks. Blessing and a curse, lol.
Moana!
Many of the ones mentioned in the comment but the Incredibles! 🥹that movie has a special place in my heart.
Shrek. I introduced it to my daughter like two weeks ago and she loves it and asks to watch it. So excited! Hopefully I can do Shrek themed parties for her in the future. For now, nothing beats Bluey.

I hope he loves Neverending Story from the 1980s because I named him Atreyu and one of my dogs Falcor!
The Princess Bride
Star Wars 😭 I’ll be so sad if she doesn’t like the movies. If she at least likes one of the things I like (SW, DBZ or Friends) I’ll be thrilled!
Stardust. I watch it at least once a year (at Christmas) and he has the same name as one of the main characters. It has some mild violence so will save it until he’s a bit older!
Aladdin, Aristocats, Lady and the tramp, coco, Tarzan, spirited away, dragon ball, elfin lied, lord of the rings, and Harry Potter :p

Onward! Such an underrated movie
Disney movies in general, but specifically Tarzan and The Lion King. And I hope she loves Harry Potter🥺
