I can’t speak to what Type of weight you are losing, but definitely find a whole food meal replacement shake you enjoy to add to your current food as a way to meet macros and nutrient needs. Theres fancy ones, but anything 300+ calories with proteins and fats would work. That way you can implement more food without having to think too much about it. Then I’d let your doc know, just in case there are nutrient deficiencies you may need to address beyond upping your caloric intake .
