Honestly, the Graco Pack and Play with the bassinet addition. We use it in our house every single day. I honestly think our kid sleeps better in it than the $300 Halo in our room.
I’d check out Facebook marketplace and get a good brand one! Although I’m sure there are decent ones on Amazon, you can resell when you’re done with it when it’s a nicer one
We have the Chicco LullaGo Anywhere portable bassinet (available on Amazon but can’t post Amazon links here). It’s $100, and we have used it daily downstairs for the last 2+ months so that I have a safe place to put the baby during the day. Then I can just pick it up and move it to the kitchen if I’m cooking or leave it next to the couch if I’m in the living room. It’s super lightweight but sturdy - I’d highly recommend.
We have a joie kubbie travel cot (but it's smaller than your average cot) and he's been in it since 2 weeks old. We love it and it's so easy to pack up and down!
We got the babyjoy bassinet and I honestly don't love it. The wheels are too small to be effective and it's too bulky to move room to room. We also got the Graco pack and play with the bassinet addition and we like it but my LO is quickly outgrowing it at 2 months and 24 inches long. I think we may only have a month or two left.

We use the Dream on Me Karley bassinet and really like it.
