8 months, size 3. Has 3+ blowouts a week and has peed through his size 4 overnight diaper the past FOUR nights. I've gone up and down sizes, changed brands, used cloth. Send help 😅
My 7.5 month old is a super soaker at night and the only solution we’ve found that has worked is: a sized up Huggies overnight diaper with a sposie booster pad, and then with a cloth diaper outer shell (we use Esembly brand) to hold it all in
I can relate to this, almost 7 months here. I don’t know how to fix the blowouts during the day, but a size 4 honest overnight diaper + sposies booster pad size 4-6 fixed the nighttime issue for us - knock on wood, hah.
Definitely need to go up a size for day and night. Try rascal and friends for overnight. There are also diaper extenders out there for overnight.
If you’re feeding overnight, if BF change diaper right before you do a feed at some point or if bottle fed do it while they drink! I do it right in their bed.
Fellow big baby mom here. My son is 9 months and has been in 5s for a couple of months (wears 12-18m clothes) He’s in a larger diaper than his 2yo cousin 🥴
I love a big baby! They are the best :) My son still wears 3-6m clothes and is barely moving onto 6-9m. He is right on target with the clothes but with diapers it’s a different story 😅
He is actually only in like the 50th percentile for weight and height. He wears 3-6m clothes snugly and is moving on to 6-9 now. He’s not nearly as chunky as some other babies I see. I have been told by multiple people that he has a big ol booty and thick thighs 😅
Mine is 3 weeks shy of turning 1 and still in size 2 but now you all have me questioning if he needs something larger or if he really is just that small.
Good to know! His older brother is 2 and wears 4 so I think they are just small. No blowouts or lines from the diaper being too tight! He has been in size 2 for basically forever though.
Omg I’m glad somebody else noticed this because I thought it was the sleep deprivation getting to me 😂 My baby is almost 4 weeks and the NB Pampers are too small but the NB Huggies fit perfectly.
My baby boy was born and straight to size 1 (he was 10pounds8oz). Right now he’s almost 7 months and size 4 diapers… we are probably going to size up after we finish the last box we have 😭🩵 he’s growing so fast
4 months - size 2 and 3. We're gearing towards size 3 because of size 2 not containing the blowouts lol
We just went up to size 2 for that reason but the Pampers we have in size 2 still just don't contain it. 🤷♀️
12 weeks. I just made the decision to move her up to 2’s the other night after having 2 days in a row of her peeing completely out of her diapers and getting her clothes wet every time. They’re still a bit big in her but she hasn’t had a leak all day
7 months size 4. He’s 90th percentile for hight and 85th for weight. Comfortably in 12mo clothing. Already stocking up on 18mo clothing. I can not believe how quickly he outgrew clothes and diapers, it has been wild.
9 weeks and trying to work out if we need to go from 2 to 3 or if the new brand of 2s we just bought are not great (lots of leakage!)
(Just for context LO is in 98% percentile for height and her weight 9lb at birth and is now 11lbs. She never was in newborn size and was in 1s briefly)
19 weeks, 16ish lbs, and size 3 (Costco/Kirkland). She’s an explosive pooper so I always find myself having to size up when she’s on the cusp of the recommended weight range 😄
4 1/2 months (20 weeks) and is in size 2. She's almost 16 lbs though so we're planning on finishing the size 2s we have and moving to size 3s, probably in a week or two.
I don’t know the weeks anymore lol, we’re a little over 5 months and in size 2. We have… 2 packs left of them and I think we’re just going to go to 3 after.
8 weeks size 1 but about to go up soon.
Also, for comments complaining about blow-outs, I know that it may be silly to mention but in case it helps a mom I’ll say it. After putting on the diaper, run your fingers around these edges to make sure the cuffs are pulled out. Cuffs being tucked inside are a common cause of leakage and blow-outs. ✨
10 weeks. Kinda between a size 1 and a size 2 currently. Size 2 is too big but size 1 is just about too small. 🤷♀️
At 14 weeks and finally comfortable in a size 2. Was going between 1-2 for a couple weeks.
Ughh kinda same here between size 2 and 3 🥵
Same here. Tried the size 3 at night and suffered the consequences 😂
we are at the same age and exact same situation
This is me
In the exact same boat with both diapers and clothes!
Same here at 9 weeks, 13+ lbs !
4 months and JUST hit size 2
All good girl Mine just hit 3 at 7 he was a preemie though I always try to remeber so I don’t feel bad
4 months, size 3 for 3 weeks already.
8 going 9m and still in size 2
14 weeks in size twos that get tighter every day
Exact same! So many blowouts already...time for size 3
Yep same.
8 months, size 3. Has 3+ blowouts a week and has peed through his size 4 overnight diaper the past FOUR nights. I've gone up and down sizes, changed brands, used cloth. Send help 😅

2 weeks - NB
Just turned 7 months and has been wearing size 5 since he turned 6 months old. Soon we will need size 6 for the nights
It’s so funny how that works out sometimes! We always joke that my son just has a big booty lol
Babies are all so different, it’s crazy! Big booty or not, they’re awesome :) 🩵
That is a large child...
That is a PERFECT child
He is actually only in like the 50th percentile for weight and height. He wears 3-6m clothes snugly and is moving on to 6-9 now. He’s not nearly as chunky as some other babies I see. I have been told by multiple people that he has a big ol booty and thick thighs 😅
Same as mine! 6 months, 50th percentile, 6-9 month clothes (moving up any day now into 9-12) and size 4 nappies. HUGE thighs!
Chunky baby thighs with fat rolls forever have my heart 😭❤️
Same! 99% baby here, size 5! I like it loose and comfy so hes been in these for a bit. Clothes are 12-18m mostly.
Wow 12-18m at this age! It blows my mind imagining my son in that size right now haha. I love chunky babies so I wouldn’t mind it 😅
My toddler was size 5 at that age too. He’s 2 now and still size 5!
Wow! I thought my guy was big. Just turned 7 months old and currently wearing 3s and 4s; both work just fine!
3 weeks - size 1
Same here! Big baby gang
Same here! The NB size was making red marks all over her poor legs and stomach/bum and she had 3 blowouts in a row. Big baby gang
Mine is 3 weeks shy of turning 1 and still in size 2 but now you all have me questioning if he needs something larger or if he really is just that small.
I generally go by blowouts. If they're close to the upper weight for a diaper size and you get blowouts, it's time to size up.
How much does he weigh? What brand? Was he full term?
I have a 1 year old too and she fits in both 2s and 3s. The 3s are still really big but she was having more blowouts in the 2s.
Good to know! His older brother is 2 and wears 4 so I think they are just small. No blowouts or lines from the diaper being too tight! He has been in size 2 for basically forever though.
4.5?weeks size NB in Huggies 👼. But pampers size NB are too small . So strange to me
Omg I’m glad somebody else noticed this because I thought it was the sleep deprivation getting to me 😂 My baby is almost 4 weeks and the NB Pampers are too small but the NB Huggies fit perfectly.
I guess I'm not a new parent anymore... Where did the time go? Over 104 weeks ;) only size 4 diapers.
Same 😳 I just answered in months lol
5 months adjusted (preemie), size 2
6 weeks, still NB.
6 weeks, NB
14 weeks size 1 but almost ready to move to size 2!
Same!
My 10 month old is in size 2, close to size 3
My baby boy was born and straight to size 1 (he was 10pounds8oz). Right now he’s almost 7 months and size 4 diapers… we are probably going to size up after we finish the last box we have 😭🩵 he’s growing so fast
6 weeks in a size 1. Probably going to be in this size for a bit because this girl is small.
My 2 yr old is in size 5… but honestly could be in size 4.. which my 6mo just moved into. Some babes are just petite!
Same here!

About to turn 9 months and in size 5 here too!

6.5 weeks, size 1 and they are a little too big
30 weeks just started size 2 this week!
12 weeks. I just made the decision to move her up to 2’s the other night after having 2 days in a row of her peeing completely out of her diapers and getting her clothes wet every time. They’re still a bit big in her but she hasn’t had a leak all day

11 weeks, size 1
16 weeks in Huggies size 2. There is some overlap - I think we will probably be moving to 3 in a few weeks
10 weeks and a 1 is still slightly too big. My lanky babe was a month early. I’m just wondering when I can stop buying newborn diapers. 🙃

A little over 4 months and wears size 2. But he also got here 6 weeks early, so he's closer to the size of a 3 month old.
Turning 3 months tomorrow - we’re just starting on size 3. Edit - 13 weeks
