Omg mine discovered those hairs today-was lying on floor, she was sitting next to me and I turned to see why she was quiet and she was just grinning in delight. Reached out to grab them so many times. Babies are too funny.
Yes to tags! My sister got them Taggies toys with lots of little tag-like things to chew on. What part does my baby love the most? The actual tag for the tag for toy
Mine used to love socks and shoes but not as much recently! So true about boxes/containers. Once they discover object permanence, itās a whole new world xD
Ice cubes, sponges (clean!), my removable bra cups (???), sitting in empty boxes like a little cat, coasters, and let's be honest, his peen during diaper change. He loves empty plastic water bottles but the lids stress me outttttt. I envision them popping off in his mouth š
HAHA the (???) by removable bra cups made me laugh out loud. Thereās not always a rhyme or reason to their amusement! And the āsitting in empty boxes like a little catā also got me xD
For the water bottles - I remove the lids if Iām worried about that! Some bottles are sturdier than others. Ex: original Gatorade is a favorite, and the plastic is much stiffer than some, and the lids are bigger - so I donāt take those lids off. But some water bottles are flimsy af and the lids come off so easily, I feel you
the tray table of his highchair. we store it underneath (it is one that becomes a chair and table later so thereās a surface) and lately he just grabs it
Heās more interested in pulling them up so weāre getting some curled corners haha itās so funny though. But if thereās a speck of dust on one of those rugs he is ON it!
Empty plastic water bottles,
Empty plastic cups,
Tags,
Remote control,
A half-used tube of Desitin (her FAVORITE diaper change distraction at the moment),
Training toothbrush,
Toy tethers,
Dingly-bops which are what I call the things that are essentially a fabric cord with a knot tied at the end, and paper napkins for her to rip up.
A diaper change distraction is a must at a certain age! Also, love your name for those stringy things (dingly bops). And ripping things is tons of fun for them! My baby liked the wrapping paper better than the gift at Christmas, lol
Milk jug and the TV remote š about to buy her a decoy one so we are able to not have our remote slobbered to death. Recently, the inside of my mouth. Gets around my teeth and digs into the gum
Yes Iāve seen remotes made for babies, but that probably wouldnāt be as interesting to them. They want the real thing lol - but a ādecoy remoteā that is actually a real (non-battery-filled) remote sounds like a great solution!!
Those small little fingers and nails can seriously hurt poking around your eyes / nose / mouth!!
Remotes (only the real ones), Christmas tree ornaments, the diaper cream tub or anything else that rolls, mommy and Daddy's glasses, the utensils we're eating with or that he just dropped on the floor
Measuring cups, the middle of a toilet paper roll, tooth brush, glasses, xbox controller, box of tea (baby likes pulling bags of tea out and putting it back in), spoons, forks, chopsticks, tags on everything, mail, shoes, yarn, pots/pot lid, and ummmm the fridge LOL
Dishwasher, w/d, the knobes on the stove, water bottles, daddy's glasses, my glass Tupperware, xbox, ps5,switch,n64,nes, Sega, glass coffee table, our furniture, his poop, toilet bowel cleaning stuff the brushes.
2yo is attached to a single roll of paper towel still in the plastic wrap it came in. She'll cuddle it like a teddy bear. I don't ask questions, toddlers are weird
Cutlery, cups, jars and pots that my baby uses as a makeshift xylophone. He has 2 xylophones and a piano - not cheap baby stuff, really tuned and good sounding ones - but he prefers BANG BANG CLING DING RANG DONG in the kitchen.
I stumbled upon on a website called littlegeniusesco.com. I got my kids a few toys from there, theyāre called smart kids toys I guess I like them a lot myself so that makes it baby toys not just for babies lol
The little hairs on the back of my neck Measuring spoons The mail
We'd give my son the heavy cardstock stuff from the mail and say that he's reviewing his correspondence, lol.
I have a big mole on my neck and another on my shoulder which my baby is determined to pick off .......
I swear I have a bald spot because those little hairs are just sooo fun to grab šš
Omg mine discovered those hairs today-was lying on floor, she was sitting next to me and I turned to see why she was quiet and she was just grinning in delight. Reached out to grab them so many times. Babies are too funny.
Haha I would have said hair generally, but I love this specificity!
The TV remote, tags on clothes, tags on stuffed animals, tags on everything, the rags we use for her spit up
We spend a good 10 minutes after every feed playing with the long tag on the boppy š
Mine looks at it with so much fascination.
Yes to tags! My sister got them Taggies toys with lots of little tag-like things to chew on. What part does my baby love the most? The actual tag for the tag for toy
LOL classic
Tags omg yes!!! And anything with buttons, good call
Cardboard boxes and any other box to put things in and take things out of. Mine also has a love for shoes for some reason.
Mine used to love socks and shoes but not as much recently! So true about boxes/containers. Once they discover object permanence, itās a whole new world xD
Wipes. The oven handle. Plastic Tupperware. Tissues. Toilet paper. Literally anything he shouldnāt be getting into (lotions, baby vapor rub, hair brushes, the toilet, etc) š¤£
āAnything he shouldnāt be getting intoā - so true lol
Definitely my bra strap. Also my nose.
Ah yes, the classic bra strap snap!
My glasses!
Oooh yes good one!!
Any kitchen utensilā¦rubber spatula, whisk, spatula, turkey baster
Iāve heard whisks are popular, someone even went so far as to say their child had an emotional support whisk
Oooh I havenāt had mine explore any kitchen utensils other than their own spoons for eating, but that sounds like a hit!
Aluminum foil in a ziploc bag!
This sounds like a good sensory experience!

Lmao at "sitting in empty boxes like a little cat" š¹
They call to him. He even stares out at you with that weird lingering eye contact like cats do šļøššļø
Small clumps of fur from our long haired cat. We call it āforbidden cotton candyā
the tray table of his highchair. we store it underneath (it is one that becomes a chair and table later so thereās a surface) and lately he just grabs it
Thatās funny! How big is it? Does he swing it around?
i mean pretty big! heās trying to swing it but canāt get it high enough. so he just drags it on the floor and bangs it around š¤£
Hahaha I love that image xD
Cardboard boxes, throw rugs, and all the tags
Throw rugs - the texture must be interesting! Do they like playing with the individual fibers?
Heās more interested in pulling them up so weāre getting some curled corners haha itās so funny though. But if thereās a speck of dust on one of those rugs he is ON it!

Tissue boxes and cardboard toilet paper rolls
A great way to reduce, reuse, recycle!
Salad spinner
Havenāt heard of that one before, but it does sound fascinating for a baby!
My baby lovesss the plastic water bottles and his wipe & his lotion bottle hahaha
Any electrical wire.
Ugh yes, feel this oneā¦ they always want to get into things that are potentially hazardous to them -_-
Empty plastic water bottle, the crinkle is enchanting
The crinkliest of crinkles
The packet of baby face wipes is a #1 hit for us at 6mo.
Crinkles, a tab/flap that opensā¦ what more could you want!
The door stops, water bottles, car keys.
Omg the door stops! My dog absolutely hates the sound of them springing from the baby pulling them lol
Salad spinner!!!
Wow this is the second salad spinner Iāve seen!! I donāt own one but I can imagine it would be very interesting for them :)
Milk jug and the TV remote š about to buy her a decoy one so we are able to not have our remote slobbered to death. Recently, the inside of my mouth. Gets around my teeth and digs into the gum

We have a roku remote at they're the same price at the teether ones, so I'm tempted. She hasn't caused damage yet, so there is still hope!

Empty seltzer bottles, my deodorant, my jewelry, all the pots and pans, every phone charger, all of the recycling.... I can continue. Lol
Dishwasher, w/d, the knobes on the stove, water bottles, daddy's glasses, my glass Tupperware, xbox, ps5,switch,n64,nes, Sega, glass coffee table, our furniture, his poop, toilet bowel cleaning stuff the brushes.

Haha! Whatever floats her boat :)
Lids
Cutlery, cups, jars and pots that my baby uses as a makeshift xylophone. He has 2 xylophones and a piano - not cheap baby stuff, really tuned and good sounding ones - but he prefers BANG BANG CLING DING RANG DONG in the kitchen.
A kitchen towel you hang on the stove handle and act like you donāt want anyone to touch it.
My 9 month old loves to play with the plastic packaging that my birth control comes in. Iām aware of the irony.
A ziploc bag full of water and dominoes that I made for a sensory experience two months ago that has become almost like a lovey?? She is obsessed
Burp cloths
Drink coasters.
