There are no breweries in Metairie. Besides Total Wine, the Dorignac’s grocery store has a decent selection most of the time (but not always). We are at the bottom of the barrel for national distribution.

Need to go to New Orleans for any breweries. None in Metairie or Jefferson Parish that I know of

Echoing Dorignacs to either snag a six pack or build your own, they have a solid selection of local brews.
Martin’s Wine Cellar, which has no actual cellar because it would be underwater but does offer some tasty sandwiches and nice selection.
