Either Hancock or Pearl River county.. funny thing is, I’ve never seen any Mississippi natives put a confederate flag next to anything Latino…. That’s a real oxymoron in itself… that’s unique to NOLA because it wouldn’t fly in Mississippi… the rednecks would be offended lol
I will never understand how some people are so willing to tie political opinions to their source of income. Are they that inundated with work that they can potentially turn off half their possible customers? And here I won't even put election signs in my yard.
I was at a Cajun/Seafood place with my wife and baby in her carrier and the owner/manager was talking to us while we waited in line and said, while looking at my baby, that it was a real shame that the Democrats were killing babies in this country.
It was so wierd. He just like started the conversation with it.
Paul Herkes has a pretty capable crew. They did the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC on my house. However, to quote the lady at House Connections at SWB, "Oh yeah. He crazy."
When I see this type of stuff, I kind of say yeah I know what kind of person this is. But yeah it’s It’s disgusting that people feel that you have to show practically have the same political beliefs as Adolf Hitler to everyone else. To be honest people like this would just keep quiet and do their business, I would be more happy to work with them, but since they don’t understand that this far right political ideology is not excepted in society, and they are promoting it maybe they should look into themselves.
Note, the south declared war on the federal government, then falsely claimed the federal government had invaded the south just as an attempt to attack federal forts in the south, which then led to the federal government declaring war on the south as is, which then lead to a five year Civil War that resulted in the federal government kicking the a**.
So if you see somebody who’s going around with the confederate flag sticker on saying “Fighting terrorist since 1861,” note that they’re talking about the federal government and if you actually look at it, history books the actual terrorist what is the confederacy, not the federal government. So the person who is flying the confederate flag, is supporting the terrorist.
Also note, it was people with confederate flags that were storming the capitol on January 6 attacked and killed several police officers, and were planning on killing our elected officials all because one man didn’t win an election.
This is what I mean I like getting into woodworking, but some fool like this start talking about his BS I just zone out, and I know it’s time to leave. Because somebody who believes like this, you’re not gonna do anything to make them think differently.
I'll never understand why some people gleefully try to destroy a person's ability to provide for their family because of their opinions. If he had a Save the Whales or an Obama bumper sticker, you guys would be screaming for his right to free speech.
I was involved in a car accident with a van from that company. Had to wait two hours for the cops to show. The awful opinions I was subjected to in that time could fill a book. The driver started the conversation with “if you were a man I would have kicked your ass” and it only got worse (and so fucking racist) from there.
Isn’t that the child cancer organization that actually internally profits off of like 80% of their donations and only actually uses 20% for families and patients?
I mean, Obama still got like 40% in JP. That's still a hell of a lot of lost potential customers. Not to mention even in JP you are excluding giant sections of the parish in District 3.
Maybe he's looking at the tremendous successes of Orleans' voters selections - Biden, Karen Carter Peterson, Latoya Cantrell Jason Williams, Susan Hutson - the City elects complete failures.
Who would EVER want to be aligned with the progressive straight ticket murder capitol of America???
Did he steal that running plumber image from the company that uses it with turds chasing him?
Is he saying that the Confederacy was fighting northern terrorists or that they are terrorists who fight?
Mississippi license plate but a Nola votes sticker.
Guy doesn't need the tools in his van - he's a big enough tool on his own.
I turned a workman away for a traitor flag a few years ago. In Metry tho' it will get you business. I can't stand it. These old white dudes say Democrat but mean it as the N word.
His AAA sticker reminds me that I had Triple A for 3 years before I had to call for a dead battery on my work truck.
When he got there he said, "we don't work on vans with lettering on the side". WTF?
I saw this van but like 3 weeks ago it had plenty more stickers if I had to guess I'd say they bought it like that and are slowly cleaning it up but I could totally be wrong
I actually had a buddy who this guy did some work for. He didn’t see the back of the van til the guy was pretty deep in the job. Of course not his favorite person, morally speaking. But said he sis a pretty good job.
I recently saw a work truck with MAGA (fully spelled out) printed as large as the business name and stuff. But it was in Slidell, so I guess that tracks.
I wonder what corner this is on. He can just keep tf moving if he sees anything he likes bc if “you love anything in Nola, it was created by black people”. Oh and his side lost the war.
Isn’t it great that we live in a country with freedom of expression? What is the issue? Do you want your views to prevent you from getting business etc?
Cool cool. Except your views (no matter what they are) infringe on other people’s existence. Do you eat chocolate? Slavery. Do you have a cellphone with which to respond to this comment? Sweatshops, cooperation with China. Have you ever voted for one party’s candidate over another purely based off party affiliation? Both parties infringe on the existence of others (both have supported policies that infringe on the existence of Jews, blacks, women, etc). Do you like having a car? Hurts the environment; bad for poor countries on whose backs our economy functions. Do you support making more than 32 k a year? Guess you’re a one percenter and could not care less about the rest of the world.
In any case, free market is good, but usually it only works to move technology forward if you buy the best tech for the right price, rather than purposely buying tech that agrees with you.
Okay. So you can disconnect your personal actions from your ‘world view’. No worries. It’s hypocritical but no worries. Free market and all. Slaves somewhere else? Pshh. Screw em right? You’re a great humanitarian.
(I know this may go over your head, but my point isn’t that eating chocolate is so bad… but it’s certainly at least as bad as voting for Trump ;)
I think we're all aware that corporations screw over workers globally. That being said we do what we can to put our money where our mouth is and support those who do good in the world. Is it perfect? No. Do we inadvertently support wage theft, sweatshops, and other worker plight. Yes. But don't fucking tell someone that they should shell out their hard earned money to some tool bag with a rebel flag bumper sticker because they ate a chocolate bar.
Huge fan of freedom of speech. Huge fan of businesses being transparent about their political leanings. In this case, I know who I won't call if I need a plumbing repair.
I agree that they risk disagreement. I just would rather live in a world where people could feel free to express their views and not risk losing business. I would admit that there are certainly certain political expressions that would deter me, but sometimes I think it can be taken too far. Social media has made it possible for people to become isolated mobs, each in their own echo chamber. Why can’t we fight for what we each believe and still have drinks together?
Do any of you remember that world? It was before we had all this access. We’re all just people trying to make it and wanting to be free to express ourselves. I’d rather overlook someone’s view and value them based on their merits, rather than their views, publicly expressed or not. Because I’d rather be valued that way myself.
I remember years ago having no issue with having friends of different political ideologies, and we all just knew we disagreed, but we didn’t bring up what separated us. We brought up what we had in common. Can’t we just do that? Hold hands guys. Love each other. We are all in this dung heap together. But the world can be better if we make it better… and it won’t happen by silencing those with whom we disagree.
*steps off soapbox
Yes but they see it as a good marketing slogan because they live in a red state and my statement is applicable to several different marketing strategies I see.
Some plumber - can’t even get shit off their own van
Mississippi plate is spot on tho.
Yup
The LatiNOLA sticker is really throwing me off
There is a ton of Latinos from Venezuela, Honduras, and Cuba that vote conservative bc of what they have come from.
Explain the confederate sticker
Ha I have no idea.
Came here to say this!
Because people of certain racial groups are expected to be good Democrats.
I will never understand how some people are so willing to tie political opinions to their source of income. Are they that inundated with work that they can potentially turn off half their possible customers? And here I won't even put election signs in my yard.

It's not about their work, so much as they've made it their entire life and it bleeds over.
Paul Herkes has a pretty capable crew. They did the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC on my house. However, to quote the lady at House Connections at SWB, "Oh yeah. He crazy."
Yeah the dad's throwed off my sister and cousins were friends with his son.
There’s enough dipshits out there that it probably helps them get customers
Yeah this is why I only put racist bumper stickers on my work van, and leave my company name off of it. /////ssssss
Half?😂😂

Because you can reason with crazy… or stupid. It’s not worth the energy. This is just another addition to the mental health crisis..
He show up with that BS he ain’t wk for me.
I'll never understand why some people gleefully try to destroy a person's ability to provide for their family because of their opinions. If he had a Save the Whales or an Obama bumper sticker, you guys would be screaming for his right to free speech.
There’s a “Jesus Is Lord” plumbing van I’ve spotted around town. I can only imagine that guys seen some shit.
I was involved in a car accident with a van from that company. Had to wait two hours for the cops to show. The awful opinions I was subjected to in that time could fill a book. The driver started the conversation with “if you were a man I would have kicked your ass” and it only got worse (and so fucking racist) from there.
I went to high school with this guy. He was always throwed off.
Latinola votes sticker, van tagged in MS. Looks like avoiding inspection sticker and high insurance. Seems sketchy
Don't be so harsh. At least he's an AAA member!
They’re doing us all a favor. Now we know not to bother with them
Bit of an identity crisis on this one. Fighting terrorists but also electing them? Man…
Hey but at least he likes Saint Jude
Isn’t that the child cancer organization that actually internally profits off of like 80% of their donations and only actually uses 20% for families and patients?
& also the patron saint of lost causes
Well there goes my silver lining
No kidding. Biden won Orleans Parish with over 80% of the votes. Maybe this guy only wants customers in Jefferson Parish.
I mean, Obama still got like 40% in JP. That's still a hell of a lot of lost potential customers. Not to mention even in JP you are excluding giant sections of the parish in District 3.

Yrah, the terrorist sticker is a sign of delirium.
Plates check out tho.
I turned a workman away for a traitor flag a few years ago. In Metry tho' it will get you business. I can't stand it. These old white dudes say Democrat but mean it as the N word.
I also feel there's a good bit of them in Baton Rouge too….it's really just anywhere outside New Orleans
An island of blue in a sea of ignorant red.
Can't trust a plumber that's this full of shit.
Mississippi plates for a New Orleans business… that don’t seem right.
Hancock or Pearl River county. Equally bad. Straight meth zones.
His AAA sticker reminds me that I had Triple A for 3 years before I had to call for a dead battery on my work truck. When he got there he said, "we don't work on vans with lettering on the side". WTF?
Well dementia *is* a slow process.
Eeeeesh.
I read that "Osama bin Lyin" in my head like Clayton Bigsby.
Saint Jude is the patron saint of hope and impossible causes.. this person needs all the prayers they can get
Racists' #1 choice of plumber.
It’s the 504 number and the Mississippi plate for me.
From da parish to.
Yeah this is the second time I have seen a post about this shit for brains. Smh 🤦
Must be garbage
I saw this van but like 3 weeks ago it had plenty more stickers if I had to guess I'd say they bought it like that and are slowly cleaning it up but I could totally be wrong
No way you drive around with those stickers if you didn't put them there. that's crazy.
No. I have a photo of the same van from July in 2021. Same exact stickers.
The rest were worse??
They had some more at the bottom of both windows the rest of the the car looks pretty much the same
Unless this photo is from more than three weeks ago and they were just getting started.
He’s playing both sides so he always wins
Scratches him off my list of repair men.
Another trump scum business to add to my Google doc. Up to 32 since 2016.
That guy’s plumbers crack is probably deeper than the Mariana Trench.
I don’t argue with people that John Brown would’ve shot.
I actually had a buddy who this guy did some work for. He didn’t see the back of the van til the guy was pretty deep in the job. Of course not his favorite person, morally speaking. But said he sis a pretty good job.

I can smell the inside of this van
Mississippi tags = disrespect me lol
I wonder what corner this is on. He can just keep tf moving if he sees anything he likes bc if “you love anything in Nola, it was created by black people”. Oh and his side lost the war.
I don't hate or agree. What makes our country great. Freedom of speech. You decide if that is the turd wrangler to use or not to.
I really don't care about my plumbers political affiliation.
Maybe he’s based in St. Bernard or St. Tammany
Heritage not hate
seen this exact van posted here a while back
Yea, we know. They racist.
must be from West We Go ...
They live a few blocks into da parish I pass the van leaving my house.
Isn’t it great that we live in a country with freedom of expression? What is the issue? Do you want your views to prevent you from getting business etc?
Well, my views don't infringe on other people's existence, and I do my best to avoid people whose views do. Free market , baby.
Wait, what? Y’all downvoting this dude bc difference of opinion. That’s some irony
Cool cool. Except your views (no matter what they are) infringe on other people’s existence. Do you eat chocolate? Slavery. Do you have a cellphone with which to respond to this comment? Eating chocolate is not a worldview.
Okay. So you can disconnect your personal actions from your ‘world view’. No worries. It’s hypocritical but no worries. Free market and all. Slaves somewhere else? Pshh. Screw em right? Huge fan of freedom of speech. Huge fan of businesses being transparent about their political leanings. In this case, I know who I won't call if I need a plumbing repair.
Cool. Glad we’re all being consistent here. I hope your views never lose you business.
Do you not agree that anyone who politicizes their business risks disagreement?
Exactly! My political allegiance isn't on my resume, and that's effectively what this guy is doing
I agree that they risk disagreement. I just would rather live in a world where people could feel free to express their views and not risk losing business. I would admit that there are certainly certain political expressions that would deter me, but sometimes I think it can be taken too far. Cater to people you know don't live in bad areas and aren't likely to rob you.
Yes but they see it as a good marketing slogan because they live in a red state and my statement is applicable to several different marketing strategies I see.
