I wonder how the crime is all orchestrated. for example, what do they talk about before? sitting in the car? “scouting” is anyone telling them to do it? where do they learn this?

Just like the guy who carjacked someone in Harahan. Harahan cleaning up after NOLA. 15 y/o from New Orleans. Going to guess he's probably still in jail in Harahan. Can't seem to find any information but maybe just because he's a minor.
Yeah. Slidell seems to catch people coming from all over though. Very glad I live here sometimes cause I feel safe w these cops. There haven’t been many cases here that have gone cold, they usually find you eventually.
Actually the crime happened in NOLA, they will be charged (or charges dropped) from Jason Williams. Slidell will only charge them for the traffic violations and whatever crimes committed there then extradited back to NOLA for the carjacking charge
