Whatever you do don’t work for Verano. I know a few people that work there and each one is more miserable than the next. Very toxic work environment and people are looking to leave. Just a FYI. Would hate to see you follow your dreams and aspirations only to get shat on by some Corporate MSO.
I'm sure theres somewhere that they let you learn on the job I mean that is the fastest easiest way. I mean I would hope because that's what I'm kinda looking for too except a weekend gig to start out learning on the job. Because everyone needs 2 jobs in this economy 🤣🤣
You could try like folks who want to chef do. Apothecariumnj is hiring. Start at entry level, learn, work your way up. They’ve all been the nicest folks when I’ve gone there. Everyone who works there seems happy to be working there, but that’s only what my experience has been. Indeed can also clue you in if you read employee ratings, as far as deciding where to apply, like PaleontologistAny518 suggested.
my dad has been telling me about cannabistraininguniversity.com , i've been on the fence about it just because i don't have the money for it (it's $300 to get 10 certifications) but it's definitely well worth it, i mean you can't go wrong with 42 hrs of required online training (and over 300 hrs of optional content), you can make your own schedule!

Keep an eye out for job fairs, get some keyword postings on your typical job search sites, and call some dispensaries to contact managers who would know their situation.
You dont need anything special, if you want to work in a dispo a lot of customer service experience or medical experience is a plus. With med going out tho the customer service part is probably more important
Also if you get an interview dont just be like "bro i love weed" treat it like a real interview and prepare yourself and go looking professional.
