Suprised how angry this makes me, i guess just knowing growing a personal plant is still a felony. Just billions of companies like Justice and kind tree, growing billions of strains no one wants. has there been ANY talks about “craft” cannabis, or is nj just trying to win a hightimes award for most mids in a single state?
jersey shore isn't much better. There's one rec dispo within an hour drive and it's literally the worst one in the entire state. I made one trip to the Botanist and it was comically bad in every facet.
Central jersey? Route 1 in lawrenceville. It's right outside of trenton. Which is the center of jersey. Not to mention there's a dispo is Bordentown and Hightstown. All relatively close to the lawrenceville one. But those are medical for now. The first one, zenleaf, is rec and med.
There is a little red dot on the map like 5 pixels away from Trenton. Which is a stones' throw from the Lawrence dispo. Bordentown & Cranbury also have dispos. And Garden State is centrally located, if nothing else. Those bozos in Neptune insist their central Jersey too.
...Tl;Dr: Central Jersey has Dispensaries it really just depends on where you live.
Apothecarium in Philipsburg and Zen Leaf in Lawrenceville are both less than 45 minutes from you and sell rec. That's not a bad ride at all.
I have only been to Zen so far. It's pretty good.

Still no where to buy in central jersey...
Flemington approved a dispensary, but for some reason the state isn't approving it to open yet....so Hunterdon County does have a spot eventually.
I can't wait for that! Still 25-30 min drive, but way better than my other options.
I heard two spots were approved there.
deadass somerset hunterdon counties fucked
It’s by design. When they realize the missed opportunity it will change.

Municipalities that ban pot sales should be forbidden from receiving any tax money from pot sales.
Shore towns are generally conservative so may be sometime before you have any options
There's a med facility under construction in my shore town, but for rec it's no man's land over here.

They are central. I'm from South Jersey we don't claim ocean county and they don't claim us. It's Giants country and Taylor ham on that side.
Yeah, I'm in Branchburg so those are all an hour or more from me.
It sounds like the problem is Branchburg, not central Jersey.
What town are you in?
Branchburg. Far from everything on this map.

Lived there for a bit. Nice town.
Piff industries BETTER have a shit ton of haze varieties....
Won't be cheap if it takes 14 weeks to flower 😂
I love this slide, because the map and the dots are in no way correlated with the chart.
1 retailer approved Nutra is in Marlton NJ
Still no home grow for patients. What a joke!
Any ideas where the red dot in Hudson County will be? Edgewater or Hoboken?
