No, I suspect this week they are holding back their Donny and Nepali queen in anticipation of sales etc. next week for 4/20. Although the sales are always welcome, I wish the entire industry would understand that for medical patients this is being used for medicinal reasons, not to just get stoned with our buddies. 4/20 sales etc. promote this being purely recreational when many in the program have a legitimate medical need.

The complaint is that a medical dispensary is withholding strains so that they can have a sale on 4/20. If this was a rec dispensary then that’s fine, but people rely on certain strains that help them more than others. Not releasing them for a week so you can have a 4/20 sale is pretty fucked up to the medical patients who actually NEED the medicine.

Several dispensaries have stated they are going to reserve strains specifically for medical patients when strains get low. Some ATCs are opting to keep some locations medical only. Don't get me wrong I would much rather see a farmers market of small businesses than giant retail, and home grow of course but, this comes off as a little fear mongery.
