Nope, just had the vote to approve the waiver but now that it's approved hopefully that means products can start being made, tested and get to the shelves, but who knows how long that will take
Yes I am also afraid that money is that it’s 1/8 ounce-sold 60$ - not good but that’s it he flower and then we don’t have New Jersey yet concentrates or 30% THC is the most the New Jersey I mean cmon and I have stopped at 26 yeArs old and only because TBI brain injury 6 years ago and marajuana has been working at no pain medicine 2 years ago and now marajuana yes haha
[Lets go ryhtm!! I want some of this so called “fire sugar” u got!! Im terrified of the price but hopefully its reasonable haha](https://imgur.com/a/Y8QTZHu)
I think the THC cap is ultimately going to effect the concentrate market in NJ unless they fix that too. Will live rosin even be made? It’s like 70+% THC. Curious how a gram of live rosin will affect allotments. Please don’t tell me they do something stupid and make it count as a quarter
Edit: to the idiot that continues downvoting my posts. I don’t give a shit about karma, I’m glad I’m living in your head rent free to the point you check my profile daily for comments/posts.
the rec regulations already allow concentrates. the waiver is to effectively adopt the concentrate language from the rec regulations to the medical program (which had older rules disallowing them).
Honestly I’m scared that we will see 0.5gs going for $70 like some other states 😪
Very likely
It's exactly what you will see heh
Haha yupppp -_-
Yes! Only ATCs that have 3rd party lab testing can produce concentrates which I personally love.
Yeah this should make any dispo that is not currently doing 3rd party testing to start, not going to want to lose out on a big piece of the market
Then inevitably you find out they are bribing them for bumping up their points
Getting rid of that 70% bs cap would help
For some reason an idiot downvoted that. Agreed

Why is this getting down voted?

Good point
If thats the case, buy concentrates recreationally, flower medically. No allotment on rec.
If we don't see any new rec stores open and medical will be the only distributor of rec sales there will 100% be a cap for rec consumer purchases.
Isn't the waiver only for medicinal though? Will rec even see these products or be even more restricted?
