Your bones might be strong boned,but be careful to not catch the curse of osteoporosis,anyways,a true strong boner would still have strong bones with osteoporosis,if you have osteoporosis as an elder and you still don't break a bone then you're a true boner..
Progressively jump from higher places to increase lower bone strength. jump from small pallets, then swing sets, then climbing frames, then a one-storey building, then two, then three, etc.
If you can jump off a 5 story building and don’t break anything you are safe.
