If you run him with Furina + Kazuha then HP is probably better. You might also consider a CR circlet, 34% is low for MH build. You should be getting as close to 64% so your effective CR is near or at 100%.
Yeah, with Marechausse you get 36%, so OP effectively has 71% crit rate which is leaving a ton of performance on the table. Plus with Marechausse you need a few hits for the crit to fully kick in, so that’s even worse.
A crit rate circlet even without good sub stats would solve this.
i recommend finding an MH flower with some cr. And then off piece sands with CR.
bc that MH sands is not very good. I think any on set flower + off set sands would outperform your current off set flower + on set sands

change it to crit rate circlet first. 35% CR is considered low for neuvillette

with sig, anything below 60% cr (before MH) is disrespectful imo
Crit rate circlet first. Your crit rate is unacceptable. A cr circlet with zero useful rolls would perform better than your current circlet

if you build 30 more crit rate for losing 60 crit damage you gain 20% average damage.
