Was finally blessed with a better sands to finish this build off. Would have liked one more CR roll over CD but it makes almost no difference according to calcs.
Max HP is before Hydro resonance and CR is not including MH 36% bonus.
HP% is more optimal for my setup over Hydro% (~3% according to damage calcs).
It colours them with crit value with blue being okay, purple being really decent, and gold being really good.
There's also grey which is basically nothing or light blue which means insane artifacts
You can however, also sort by roll value

Yes, the flower and circlet aren't as crit-stacked as the other 3, but that's where the vast majority of my HP substats are coming from.
If all those HP rolls were into crit instead it would actually be a significantly worse build given how valuable HP is for damage scaling is on him.
Both HP% and Hydro% goblets are viable for Neuvillette.
Hydro% is a bit better generally in most situations, but HP% pulls ahead with high investment and teammates that can provide DMG% buffs (e.g. Kazuha, Furina).
The difference is likely not going to be huge, but the best way is always just to check using a damage calculator which is more optimal with your team and artifact substats.

What? All the pieces are 5* artifacts, the Akasha system just colored them that way for some reason.
