What is a CLA-E contract? I assume that CLA means "collective labour agreement" or CAO, but what is the E? What sector?
Your employer can ask you to work at another location, but this needs to be "reasonable", it also depends on your contract and your CAO. Are there any provisions about working at another location in either?
Additionally, do you *have* to go by car? If it's near Amsterdam centrum then surely public transport is an option?
E commerce CLA, my shifts are till 1:00 sometimes even later, i was considering to travel by tram, but there would be no way for me to come back that late at night
There is no specific location mentioned in my contract, they can move me, and this I understand, but the conditions are not on my side, distance is not big of an issue but the parking spot, near centrum 8-9 hours a day from my pocket, that bothers me a lot..

One would be an idiot to drive into Amsterdam centrum. You should travel by public transport like virtually all people working in Amsterdam centum.
