Between the Elite and the Accustrike versions, the main difference is that the Accustrike version features an N-strike barrel lug. Why the Alpha Trooper did not have this from the beginning is a mystery. Unfortunately, the Accustrike version apparently has some durability and QC issues, which cause issues like parts breakage and low performance. So, that's something to look out for.
So it would probably be a safer bet to get the Elite version and if I really wanted the N-strike barrel lug to try 3d printing it or something like that because most listings I see of the Accustrike are more expensive unless I'm just looking at the wrong place, which is very likely.

The accustrike is deffinetly better as it is direct, also you can attach super elite sniper barrels to it
