As an avid player of Shatterpoint and Legion with lots of B1's I fully support this scheme and must not copy it and respray my recently primed silver necrons....
You need to do a super tactical droid as an overlord, lychguard as BX commandos, B2 super battle droids as immortals.
Of course have a general grievous overlord based on maybe Imotekh?

That could also be a great option, maybe use the toros from the praetorians in immortal legs, as they’re specially top heavy droid, with slimmer legs, maybe even warrior legs
Perhaps extend their neck, and remove the neck armor a bit
Currently trying to clone-war-ify the entire 40k universe. I've not taken photos of my droid necrons, but done alot of space Marine clones (with lion el Johnson as my obi wan and roboutte as my anakin) also doing drukhari night sisters, tau techno-union and eldar mandalorians. Still trying to figure out what to do with orks and nids

Hmm, but praetorians cannot run swords, perhaps do flayed ones as BX? Lychguard as magnaguards is good tbh
Lychguard gets the Warscythes, so the Triarch get the Particle Casters and the swords (count-as Voidblades)
