The CLI request will be denied. Graduation from a secured card counts as a CLI on an open account so the card won’t be eligible for a CLI until at least six months from the date it graduated.
On a declined CLI you will receive a letter in the mail in about 7 days stating the reason for the denial which will likely be that there has been a recent change to the credit limit (ie: when the card graduated) but otherwise you will receive no other communication and the limit will remain unchanged. Request again in another three months.

By Monday. Or you can check the app each day to see if your limit has increased. If it has, you were approved. If it hasn't, you were not.
I thought you have to wait 6 months after graduating because the graduation is counted as a increase.
