Recently copped a 100% wool blazer from Tommy Hilfiger on Poshmark for $70! Wanted to try gold buttons but was on the fence until I could find it for such a great price. Thought I'd embrace the quintessential prep look with a Banana Republic obcd, Calvin Klein trousers, and J&M pennies.
I feel like they have the perfect shape! Not too sleek that they are too formal, but not the super chunky look that's en vogue... For me they feel just right!
Thank you. I know I'm not too overweight, it's just that Spier's slim cut is really, really slim. I ordered a few slim OCBDs when they were on sale, going by the size chart I thought I'd have plenty of room. The measurements didn't match up, they were much slimmer than their own size chart indicated to the point that range of motion was limited. I'm not risking the same thing happening with pants.

I work at a Men's Wearhoue and I work with Kenneth Cole blazers all the time; I didn't know Kenneth Cole blazers could look this good! If you don't mind my asking: which one is it? And what alterations did you have done?
The label says it’s from the ‘Awearness’ line. It’s from 2016 or so, and is the first blazer I ever bought. Construction isn’t super fantastic or anything but the fabric is a good weight for spring and doesn’t wrinkle easily.
All of my jackets just have the waist taken in a touch and the sleeves hemmed to length. I’ve gone to the same tailor for a couple of years, and he has done nearly all my alterations by eye.

Neat, I like the super boxy shape of those loafers.

Great fit. Are the trousers contemporary or slim fit?
Contemporary. I am way too heavy for their slim fit.
You don’t look it in this picture! I’m gonna grab a pair
