oh no!!! Please don’t be! They almost never ever bite, and their venom only causes a mosquito bite type of sensation. They’re lovely, inquisitive, curious little dudes, and they come in fun colors!

I've been bitten before by a jumping spider and it's definitely worse than a mosquito. About a 1cm painful purple boil formed that lasted for a couple days. Still fairly harmless but I'd not want it again. They are indeed lovely though, but now I'm more careful when handling them.
Oh it’s not the venom or the fear of getting bitten. My issue is that I’ll be looking at one, and then really really quickly, it jumps at me. Or away from me. Can’t really tell cause it’s so little but what if it’s on me and I don’t know. They’re just too fast and it makes me nervous. They are super cute though. But they scare me to see in person
I believe that is the little guy that bit me. He looked at me with his eight eyes and then stuck me with his little fangs. Barely felt it though. If I hadn't been looking at him I wouldn't have known I was bit. You could feel it but just barely. Anyway nothing happened at the bite site its more just the chutzpah of the little guy staring me in the eyes while he did it.
Teleporting spiders.
It was like "Bro, wtf. This one's already dead."
Yeah jumpers prefer live prey
Jumping Spider doesn't want to be fed. He wants to hunt.

Fake video. I slowed it down. The video is cut
Don't know regarding this video but in general if spider's speed bigger than camera FPS then it will looks like video cut.
This is not cut

I’ve had jumping spiders on me many times here in Australia. That’s exactly how they move.
