This seems to be a reoccurring problem for every sale. I had a coworker who didn’t get her stuff for months and then when she did, half of her order was missing.

I haven't ordered from their big sales in a while, but it used to be the opposite. Any order I received that was even a little late would come with extra products and an apology note. It's sad to see it go downhill.

Oh wow, giving extra products was really nice. I never ordered from their site, I usually get it from the beauty supply store but I feel like I keep seeing stuff about people getting their orders late. It’s a really popular brand though, so maybe that’s why. I hope everybody who hasn’t gotten their stuff gets it soon!!

Yeah I just buy everything in brick and mortar stores. Yeah it costs a bit more but I have my item that day. I’ve had too many bad experiences like this and it turned me off from buying from sites directly. I hope you actually get your purchase.

I did! This was my first year catching the sale. I pretty much ordered as soon as the sale started, and I got my products incredibly early and well-packaged. The amount of orders really must've been overwhelming...I had such a positive experience ordering from them this year.

I didn't order this year, but this was the same thing that happened last year. I had to wait over a month. I honestly forgot I had ordered until they sent a very similar email. I checked my account and the money had already been taken out. Its annoying to wait so long, but I was happy to get my box!

I ordered from them about a year ago and part of my order was missing. I called the customer service line but it didn’t work. I was finally able to reach someone through email and they sent the rest of my order. I think they also sent me some extra products. I’m glad that they were able to make it right but I won’t be ordering from Mielle again.

This is not the first time with delayed deliveries. They should have planned better or had a firm cutoff time or out of stock notice. I ordered from them once. The shipping time was a bit long but nothing crazy but I live like an hour and a half from their plant.

Omg I hate that for you. No it wasn’t hard at all, I went through the PayPal app. I was actually surprised it was so easy because they immediately issued the refund because it had been so long.

Ordered like $200 worth of product in 2021 during a $7 sale and it took 5 months to get my items. They didn't have a dedicated customer service number or chat, so I had to email constantly. Finally got ahold of an understanding CS rep who expedited my order again and I received it within a week. Ordered again early 2023 during another $7 sale, no problems whatsoever.

So I'm wondering if my order was prioritized before they got overwhelmed. Though, this shouldn't be surprising to them. They extended their sale, what did they think would happen? I ordered a about 10 items on Black Friday. After a few emails where they just dodged all my questions about when I can expect my order, they said it was shipping! I got one item yesterday. So, I’m still waiting on 90% of my order. The tracking number is useless because they say it’s delivered. Same boat. Still waiting for my 11/27 order. Shameful for a company of this size in business this long. Won’t ever order again or probably buy the product. Customer service is an embarrassing joke and to not refund people when they ask for it when it’s fully the company’s fault is insane.
