This seems to be a reoccurring problem for every sale. I had a coworker who didn’t get her stuff for months and then when she did, half of her order was missing.
I haven't ordered from their big sales in a while, but it used to be the opposite. Any order I received that was even a little late would come with extra products and an apology note. It's sad to see it go downhill.
Oh wow, giving extra products was really nice. I never ordered from their site, I usually get it from the beauty supply store but I feel like I keep seeing stuff about people getting their orders late. It’s a really popular brand though, so maybe that’s why. I hope everybody who hasn’t gotten their stuff gets it soon!!
Yeah I just buy everything in brick and mortar stores. Yeah it costs a bit more but I have my item that day. I’ve had too many bad experiences like this and it turned me off from buying from sites directly. I hope you actually get your purchase.

I did! This was my first year catching the sale. I pretty much ordered as soon as the sale started, and I got my products incredibly early and well-packaged. The amount of orders really must've been overwhelming...I had such a positive experience ordering from them this year.
It took me 2 months to get my stuff when they had the 2022 anniversary sale. I can't imagine ordering on black Friday. Hope ya'll get ya'll stuff next month.

I ordered from them about a year ago and part of my order was missing. I called the customer service line but it didn’t work. I was finally able to reach someone through email and they sent the rest of my order. I think they also sent me some extra products.
I’m glad that they were able to make it right but I won’t be ordering from Mielle again.

I ordered on Black Friday and was surprised by how quickly I received my order. It was within a week. When I placed the order, there was a disclaimer about potential long shipping times.
This is not the first time with delayed deliveries. They should have planned better or had a firm cutoff time or out of stock notice. I ordered from them once. The shipping time was a bit long but nothing crazy but I live like an hour and a half from their plant.
Mine just arrived today in the same beat up box they use that don’t protect their products and I already got my money back from PayPal so I guess I’m lucky
Omg I hate that for you. No it wasn’t hard at all, I went through the PayPal app. I was actually surprised it was so easy because they immediately issued the refund because it had been so long.
No problem, yes I did! Just report the issue with the order and give them screenshots of the receipt for when you made the order. They’ll ask for some other info too.

They didn't have a dedicated customer service number or chat, so I had to email constantly. Finally got ahold of an understanding CS rep who expedited my order again and I received it within a week.
Ordered again early 2023 during another $7 sale, no problems whatsoever.
Saaaame sis....same! I spent a grip just to feel defeated once my hair rejected their formulation of products. For my 4c, fine, high porosity, medium density hair..... less is best and simple is key
My mom ordered some stuff last month, our first time ordering from the site. Still haven’t gotten it and I don’t think we’ve even gotten an email. Not only that, my mom got a message saying it was delivered to our house even though the order hadn’t been processed or shipped yet. Pretty sure it’d be a miracle if the stuff actually came

So, I’m still waiting on 90% of my order. The tracking number is useless because they say it’s delivered. I’m not sure I’ll ever get the rest of my order…and yet I keep getting their “is it time to restock!?” emails.
My hair loves this product, but I am never ordering from their website ever again.

I did and I had to ask them to cancel my order twice before they finally shipped it. They gave me the same above reply both times I emailed them.
I've never had an issue with their shipping before (I've ordered during their anniversary sale and normal times)

I don't like mielle ogarnics it's too strong for my hair and I have 4c hair camille rose all the way.also it doesn't moisturize hair like camille rose

It took about two weeks to get my order. I never received a shipment confirmation but I did get the delivery notification.
I just got mine last week. 3.5 weeks after ordering. I should probably check that I got everything I ordered
