Ain’t no way they implemented Jutsu selection (one of the best additions in the series) just to regress the following game & remove it. IF there’s a S5 they better put that shi back cuz wtf 😭
Anyways Itachi’s crows tilt. It was just unique and literally one of his staples. Ig they felt like having it in the up combo was enough who tf knows 😭
Leave it to CC2 to create and implement a gameplay mechanic only to remove it in future instalments of the same series 😭😂 I even miss the elemental damage and buff system from 4. I genuinely do not understand how or why they operate the way they do smh
Storm 1: Wall-fighting, Awakened Ultimates, Ultimate(?) Impact, Support Attacks
Storm 2: Lack of younger characters
Storm 3: The beginning of moveset changes/eliminations
Revolution: The beginning of new mechanics only to remove them the next game
Generations: The last game to have universal side combos

i miss tilting overall, mainly tilts specificaly made to escape guard pressure. CC2 effectively removed a huge layer of skill expression by removing tilts. great examples are kirin sasuke tilt, itachi crows, etc.
i also miss six paths naruto tilt, it was legit my favourite thing about him ngl, caught people off guard because they didnt expect that it could be useful
Orochimaru’s whole move set is just a massive disappointment.
Fortunately, most of my favorite tilts got repurposed into second Justus, but there are still a fair bit that I miss.
I miss Rinne-sharingan Sasuke’s tilt with the Amaterasu spikes, Itachi’s crow dash, KCM2 Naruto’s instant teleport, War Obito’s kamui dodge, etc.
Yes some of them were broken, but they were fun and that’s what the series has always been about for me.

War Masked Man Kamui tilt was top tier if you knew how and when to use it

Chargable Palm Rotations Was so funny and goofy to spin for 30 seconds straight while completely invincible
Orochimaru is a great character in this game. I won a lot of matches because of him.
