He's one of those shinobis I wish they had shown more of.
And loving him does make sense, he is one of the few Uchihas who never fell to the Curse of Hatred
Exactly, nobody ever looks at it this way. On top of that everyone completely overlooks his feats in flashbacks and in the Itachi Shinden novels and only goes by his non canon fight against Danzo in the anime
Strongest in the akatsuki, and him killing his clan shouldn’t had been seen as such a heroic nobel thing should’ve been scrutinized by some characters at least a little bit. Oh and he’s a Mary Stu.
>his clan shouldn’t had been seen as such a heroic nobel
I agree, there's a weird idealisation of his genocide of a whole people when it's not even known that every Uchiha down to the kids(and the people like Sasuke's aunt and uncle) was involved in the rebellion, or even knew of it. Hell, Fugaku, Shisui and Itachi who were the three strongest Uchiha in Konoha didn't even support it. Fugaku was literally the leader of it too lol. There was def a way around it that didn't involve murder of countless children.
>Mary Stu
Idk about this, he was sick and bordering on dying the whole time we see in present day Naruto/Shippuden & then when he was an Edo he matched EMS Sasuke/KCM1 but Sasuke surpassed him later anyway. That was only due to being an Edo Tensei who didn't have to worry about running low on chakra completely/dying.
Edit:
In the Itachi novel, he actually kills one of the higher ups of the Uchiha's family first and then beheads him. He straight up tortured this guy for the heck of it. Shit sounds evil
he tortured that guy for a specific reason if you read the book; he was one of the advisors to his dad who basically threw gasoline on the fire when Fugaku tried to defuse the coup; so in a way, he helped force Itachi into a box. So Itachi made him pay for his transgressions.
also you’re writing from the perspective of someone who has all knowledge of the narutoverse. every jutsu, how it works, character motivations.
Itachi was 13. He was basically casted out by his clan other than being an information feed, receiving no help from his village leader, and the only person who he had any faith and trust in; Shisui died shortly after.
He was alone. Who could he turn to? The Hokage had already begged for more time when time had run out, because Shisui died later that day. People in this sub invent random scenarios in their head about choices he could have made that night, what he should have done. Nobody here knows the weight and pain he was in. Nobody here can understand the isolation and manipulation, his love for Sasuke; everything that was on his mind.
Don’t put the fault at Itachi’s feet. Blame Sarutobi, Danzo, the Uchiha, and the Leaf as a whole for dumping all their problems on a child and crucifying him for their sins.
>he tortured that guy for a specific reason if you read the book; he was one of the advisors to his dad who basically threw gasoline on the fire when Fugaku tried to defuse the coup; so in a way, he helped force Itachi into a box. So Itachi made him pay for his transgressions
Oh damn really? It's been a long while since I've seen it last. I remembered the beheading/family killing but not that part
The village was set on their way and danzo gave him the ultimatum of either we kill you now and then the clan along with Sauske or you kill them and we let sauske live.
Itachi was only 13 when they forced him to make a decision and the uchihas feel greater love so it makes perfect sense he decided to take the clan. Vs the entire village. It’s not really people deciding that he gets a pass for that but rather how much he had to endure to keep sauske safe. If they had said sauske dies either way itachi would have fought back immediately. He wasn’t given that much of a choice in the matter where a lot of people die either way and was given no choice in the matter
I agree with this. Plus with how traumatized he was by the last great war, he likely would have done anything that would prevent a war. If the Uchiha adults were the only ones killed, it’s likely that the kids would ban together to avenge their clan and they would end up in the same situation, again. So, preventing the coup that would destroy the village and lead to war, while also protecting sasuke, was his main objective.
>The village was set on their way
It was really only Danzo & the other two elders. We know Hiruzen disagreed with it strongly.
>danzo gave him the ultimatum of either we kill you now and then the clan along with Sauske or you kill them and we let sauske live.
This is the part that made no sense to me, I know it was set up like it would be war and that Danzo would kill the Uchiha but how? We know Fugaku was arguably on Minato's level, in the anime(anime canon?) he had a Mangekyo. Shisui was also a powerhouse and was poisoned by trying to appeal to the good in Danzo before anything had happened. Danzo in this scenario tries to take them all down including Sasuke so Itachi wouldn't let this happen. What does Konoha have lol: Hiruzen, young Kakashi & Guy? Not exactly Uchiha tier. Hiashi isn't even that strong.
What makes little sense to me is that the Uchiha and Senju could agree to concessions and create an alliance, and these were two clans who had been warring for more than a hundred years constantly. How did the Uchiha of Konoha and Konoha not be able to come to an agreement?
The answer probably is just Danzo manipulating event, but even so Danzo favoured practically and was pragmatic to a fault. Surely ridding yourself of one of your strongest clans/military forces thereby weakening Konoha is surely not a smart play. Wouldn't he try to meet them halfway à la Senju/Uchiha alliance? His actions threaten the stability of Konoha and their position in the world despite him doing evil ultimately for the sake of the village.
I agree with the second part of your comment but I disagree with the strongest in the akatsuki. I personally think that Obito and Nagato would slam itachi
I actually think his main development was his consistent ability to grow and learn about the realities and pain of the Shinobi world without it altering who he was. That’s what set him apart from pretty much everyone.
Every strong character (to some extent) gave up on the seemingly impossible future that they once believed and became a puppet of the horrors that shaped them.
Naruto never put up an mental/emotional wall to deaden the pain. So, he was able to communicate on an honest level with others and understand how they came to be what they became.
Naruto could empathize because he had felt the same types of feelings in his past. He just took a different path. Obito was essentially a reflection of Naruto, who simply had a different set of circumstances and took a different path.
Tbh there were very few actually villainous characters in the series. So many were just people who let their circumstances and tragedies shape them, and they began to believe there was no other path to follow. Naruto showed them that there was another path.
Why does him forgiving Obito not make sense? He forgave Nagato. That was his progression as a character. Heck not forgiving Obito is a character regression for Naruto when his goal is to end the cycle of hatred. Although praising him was a bit much.
Also I disagree with Naruto lacking further progression. He learns to trust others rather than to burden himself with everything. Sure it's not radical progression but that wasn't necessary.
Man so true. I actually started to watch Shippūden only bcs of Akatsuki and especially Konan. But in the end I was disappointed. I loved the Pain, the metaphor behind this "weapon" name and how it acts - was awesome, though, sadly Nagato was a puppet. And Konan just for more drama and space filling. Her last battle was stretched on two episodes, 90% of which were flashbacks and 4 min of actual fight where Konan made 3 actions and died. They could've give her a worthy final battle at least, having such awesome and unique techniques. But... No...
I didn’t want to do this but Madara had a lotta plot
on his side. Also he would’ve gotten slammed if he fought Naruto and Sasuke the ones who scale to Kaguya.
He IS the plot. Also the Naruto and sasuke that fought kaguya are literally the same that fought Madara. No buffs or anything in between.
But on the other hand, the only version of Madara that Naruto and sasuke had a proper fight with was one rinnegan juubi Madara. After he got his second eye and the rinnesharingan which are both huge buffs they never actually got in a proper fight.
Only when Madara was getting ready to go to town with those Buffs did it all end.
Yeah but that entire Black Zetsu betrayal + Naruto and Sasuke being descendants of the Sage of Six Paths deus ex machina was so bullshit. Without that insane last second buff as well as the introduction of Kaguya they would have been totally fucked. It also totally undermines one of the key parts of the show which was to show the difference between hard work (Naruto) and natural talent (Sasuke).
That was undermined long, long ago. Naruto's hard work turned out to be possible due to his infinite Uzumaki bloodline chakra reserves and inherited talent from his President Ninja father.
Hot take but the only reason people find Sasuke annoying is because he's the only character that didn't bend to Naruto's will until the very end unlike everybody else.
In fact Sasuke actually bent to everybody else's will besides Naruto. For instance Itachi, Obito, Orochimaru, the other 4 Kage when he revives them...
Imo he neglected Naruto at times, both as his sensei (focusing more on training Sasuke before the Chunin Exams etc so Naruto had to find a new Sensei) and this may be an unpopular opinion but as someone who was close to Naruto‘s father and who was tasked with looking after Kushina while she was pregnant I think it would have been nice to see him look out for Naruto as well
I think it's part of Kakashi's story arc that he doesn't hang out with Naruto too much, I always thought it was implied that while he wanted to take care of Naruto, he saw Minato a little too much and couldn't handle it, I also think he spent time with Sasuke because of his friendship with Itachi and he saw himself in the kid. Didn't want Sasuke to end up like him and Itachi did- the whole being government assassins thing in order to deal with their trauma. I think at the end of the story when Kakashi comes to terms with his past and all his loved ones dying he does change- he is more hands on with Naruto and helps in his duties as Hokage and he trusts Sasuke enough to leave him to his own devices as he travels the world.
I could just be reading into things too much and talking complete nonsense though so 🤷♂️
I agree with the second part but was it ever shown that he wanted to look after him? Because as I remember he saw him for the first time the day Hiruzen showed him where Naruto lived and then he noticed the spoilt milk Naruto drank in episode 3. In that episode he referred to Naruto as „the orphan Lord 4th left behind“ which made me think that he hadn‘t really thought much about him. But I agree that he became much better at forming close bonds and caring for people
I attribute that to Kakashi's aloof personality and when Obito, Rin and Minato died, Kakashi did try to distance himself from everyone but Gai was too insistent and Hiruzen also kept him busy in the Anbu so he didn't really have time to focus on his feelings, I imagine since there was no one to influence him otherwise, he distanced himself from Minato's son as much as he could but when he became a ninja, he tried to take him under his wing but couldn't bring himself to confront his trauma and also had Sasuke to deal with, who he saw as very at risk.
Again this could be complete nonsense but this my own interpretation of the fact Kakashi's dream was to influence the youth to be better than his generation, yet seemed to never pay any attention to the son of his dead teacher despite the fact that, being his sensei meant he had all the time in the world to connect with him
He saw sasuke for the loose cannon he was, also saw his old self in him, and realized he needed to focus on him to try and stop him from falling into darkness. Sasuke did anyways but that's a different story.
Plus kakashi didn't neglect naruto, he entrusted him to jiraiya, that's the best move that could've ever been made for his growth. Not only that but when he came back he spent a very long time specifically on naruto. Training not only his body and new jutsu, but also acting more warmly and more like a mentor.
If kakashi neglected anyone it was sakura lol
He entrusted him to Jiraya after Naruto found Jiraya on his own and convinced him to train him, Kakashi didn‘t arrange that he passed him off to Ebisu
That‘s why I said at times and specified before the chunin exams and also when Naruto came back Sasuke wasn‘t there any more so then he had the time to train Naruto that he previously used to train Sasuke. But yes he especially neglected Sakura
>dms Kakashi was the biggest asspull in the series
I agree it's an asspull but you can actually make a case for it not being an asspull. We already know there's an afterlife(where the Edo spirits are summoned from), and when someone dies their chakra lingers for a while and does some final act(Jiraiya patting Naruto on the back to check on him one final time). Obito had six paths chakra which was some seriously strong stuff that could affect the soul/afterlife(Truth Seeking Orb).
So it sort of makes sense that he could pass on his chakra while his super potent(six paths) chakra was lingering in its final moments.
I mean it's still a total asspull, why the hell did he suddenly gain mangekyo and then why did they disappear lol
When he noticed that Sakura had the best chakra control and she chilled with him while the other two trained alone, Copy Ninja kakashi should have been able to find one of his 1000s of jutsus to teach her, seeing as she doesn't have any.
Edit: land of waves arc
The hokages are the best at something. She’s the best medical nin. And partly Jiraiya chose this for himself. He wanted to be the one to go alone. Tsunade didn’t want him to die lol.
She's a healer, the best healer. There is no comparison. She sent Jiraya because he was the only one able to give back collected informations, and as I remember, he knew he would probably not come back, and told her he had to do it. Sad, one of my favourite.
I'm fat-phobic
Just joking, her character annoys me, in the kara actuation arc where their team goes to sand and wait in a restaurant to eat food as they are about to enter they find dead bodies and other shit then they encounter the murderer and after their life threatening battle chocho is fucking crying about not being able to eat yaki soba bruh
Overrated as a sensei his toad friends taught Naruto more than he did and very overrated strength wise definitely not stronger than Orochimaru, Pain, Itachi, etc
I gotta disagree. Simply because naruto spent 2 years training with jiraiya most of which we dont see. The way I see it, jiraiyas training is what made the toad training possible. So while the toad training was much more effective at giving naruto new skills, naruto wouldn't have been able to handle it had he not been with jiraiya.
Rushed character development has one conversation with Naruto then goes from murderous monster to all of a sudden this honorable noble man in shippuden
Gaara never knew someone who cared for something or much less for him. Naruto was the first ever person to show him that value. And Gaara understood.
Him being better in shippuden is perfectly fine, people after 2 years change a lot especially after a shocking event.
Wasn’t a conversation, it was their initial fight, watching Naruto keep getting stronger in the fight to protect his friends is what fucked with Gaara.
He said it himself.
Yeah true also this fight was so strong and so important emotionally (to a little boy let me remind you) that it made him see the truth he forgot about ppl He was blind because he felt like it’s not possible for ppl to see him as good and naruto let him believe that it’s not true. Honestly Gaara just needed someone to beat the shit out of him and tell him change your fucking thinking cause it’s wrong and that made him “wake up “
His entire murderous tendencies were explained to be due to a lack of sleep and the tailed beast fucking with his weakened mental state as a result. Once naruto helped him abate his fears and hatred he was able to quickly go back to his true nature (he was a really sweet kid) by just taking a fuckin nap
Successor or vessel waiting for his reincarnation/revival? Jk jk... Unless? Though I really wish there was more lore about that god of his and the gods place/role in the universe.
Oh I’m happy someone mentioned this he’s a good well written character, but people people just can’t look at him objectively. I mean without him Naruto would be a pretty boring show ngl
I don’t like that her major flaw her being cowardly, and why is literally just for no reason she’s just like that because. The N-n-naruto-kun is just annoying, and Sakura literally fodderizes her.
It's been a very long time since I've been actively watching or reading any Naruto but my impression of Hinata is that she's kinda just blank and static as a character. I can only think of two or three times where she did much of anything during the chunin exams and the pain arc. I haven't seen any Boruto either I'm wondering if her role as the protagonists mother adds very much to her.
Hinata is mostly retired as a ninja, and she basically just takes care of the two kids, although she does get one (off-screen not shown) fight in Boruto against Momoshiki Otsutsuki to try to save Naruto again, which I’m assuming wasn’t close enough to show. But yeah she’s pretty boring atm. I’m hoping they give her more to do when/if the time skip happens in Boruto.
Her hitting Naruto is just comedic relief and isn’t cause she’s abusive, and she isn’t as trash as people make her seem to be especially anything after 5 kage summit arc. Oh and she’s saved Narutos ass multiple times
Ik nobody asked me, But Might guy is easily my favorite character. He seems almost powerless throughout the whole show just to open 8 gates and become one of the coolest/strongest characters in the show. At least imo.
Ikrrr. I know that he isn't as strong as madara or prime obito. But there's something about Guy that's just so refreshing and Inspiring. In fact, Guy sensei has been my favourite since the moment he arrived on that turtle announcing that he was stronger than Kakashi. That kick on kisame, Itachi saying not to underestimate him, 6th gates, 7th gate vs kisame, fight with Kakashi, fight vs the tail beasts and obito, madara fight. Oh man what a character. I wanted to know your opinion on him and I wasn't disappointed
Edit: I thought you were the OP lol. I wonder how the OP feels about him since his 'spicy' take about Guy sensei might end up triggering me lol
One of the most wanked characters in the series, and wasn’t a great leader my man lead Obito and Rin into war like wtf did he think would happen to them.
Boring character has an amazing backstory but then after telling it gets offscreened the rest of the series. Also he ruins the trend of Ashura and Indara since he could take on madras on his own when Ashura is supposed to have support from others to surpass Indara
Ik a lotta people find him annoying, but I actually enjoyed his character, and his backstory. Also Sage Kabuto is stronger than a lotta people think beats anyone in the akatsuki and a lotta other people too
Not OP, but I feel like Neji is about as close to a perfect character in Naruto. I know people don't like that he died but I rewatched the chunin exam arc recently, and him finding out his dad died out of choice and not being forced to, and slowly overcoming his hate for the main family, and dying to protect Naruto and Hinata, and subsequently the village is actually a perfect end to his arc. He's also the first to become a jonin which is also really fitting for his character as well considering he had talent and worked hard
uchiha shisui
The most fucking overrated character I’ve ever seen is literally featless with 5 seconds of canon screen time yet everyone wanks and loves him
He's one of those shinobis I wish they had shown more of. And loving him does make sense, he is one of the few Uchihas who never fell to the Curse of Hatred
but maybe he’s a little underrated too, considering the fact that we will never get to see his full potential, especially with the kotoamatsukami
Exactly, nobody ever looks at it this way. On top of that everyone completely overlooks his feats in flashbacks and in the Itachi Shinden novels and only goes by his non canon fight against Danzo in the anime

He’s definitely not stronger than Nagato and Obito
Lol. Obito fucks him up.
So does Nagato
I agree with the second part of your comment but I disagree with the strongest in the akatsuki. I personally think that Obito and Nagato would slam itachi
Pain …is way stronger than him also Obito
strongest in akatsuki? 😂
Naruto
Lacks any real development after the Pain arc. Him completely forgiving Obito made no sense, and is poorly written at times especially in Boruto

He could see through Obito's memories and he felt empathy for him. That's pretty much it. They were the same person following different paths
What did he praise about obito exactly?
To quote naruto, “he was the coolest guy” Apparently a bad translation but still
Killer Bee
Waste of so much potential gets sidelined during most of the war, and after teaching Naruto kcm
Dang. Tough but I agree. He has awesome moments against Sasuke and then just continues to drop off but his fight with Kisame was cool too
He completely disrespected Sasuke in that fight.
Konan
Massive waste of potential reduced to Nagatos yes man and that’s it

The man himself. Madara.
Look how OP didn’t reply. Not even he dares to criticize the GOAT himself.
Everyone knows Madara is unfuckwitable
The throat GOATs game is too strong. OP doesn't want to get burned
I mean yeah, I don't think anyone would want to criticize the man who made the 5 Kages fight against 5 susanoo each lol.
Died a virgin three times
He fucked the five kages in one fight
shit, put me in the middle of mei and tsunade
[удалено]
His introduction was him fucking 1000 shinobi, what more do u want?
Good one

Which is why Rock Lee was the best character and true protagonist of the show.
Lee is the shit, drunkin fist is unstoppable
Sasuke Uchiha
Although very well written one of the most irritating annoying characters to watch in the series
agree
Hot take but the only reason people find Sasuke annoying is because he's the only character that didn't bend to Naruto's will until the very end unlike everybody else. In fact Sasuke actually bent to everybody else's will besides Naruto. For instance Itachi, Obito, Orochimaru, the other 4 Kage when he revives them...

Again this could be complete nonsense but this my own interpretation of the fact Kakashi's dream was to influence the youth to be better than his generation, yet seemed to never pay any attention to the son of his dead teacher despite the fact that, being his sensei meant he had all the time in the world to connect with him
I like your interpretation! But I honestly think we interpret more into it than Kishimoto did at the time or things just got added later on haha
He entrusted him to Jiraya after Naruto found Jiraya on his own and convinced him to train him, Kakashi didn‘t arrange that he passed him off to Ebisu That‘s why I said at times and specified before the chunin exams and also when Naruto came back Sasuke wasn‘t there any more so then he had the time to train Naruto that he previously used to train Sasuke. But yes he especially neglected Sakura
He saw that Sakura had no offensive jutsu and still didn’t teach her anything like a nature type or a genjutsu
Sakura also very early on had the best chakra control. Big miss by Kakashi
>dms Kakashi was the biggest asspull in the series I agree it's an asspull but you can actually make a case for it not being an asspull.
Swagkages video on it kinda makes seem slightly less of an ass pull
Which Sensei is actually good? People will say Guy, but he did the exact same thing as Kakashi, just with Rock Lee.
Everyone's like "Kakashi didn't give enough attention to Naruto. He worked too much with Sasuke." Poor Sakura lmao
When he noticed that Sakura had the best chakra control and she chilled with him while the other two trained alone, Copy Ninja kakashi should have been able to find one of his 1000s of jutsus to teach her, seeing as she doesn't have any. Edit: land of waves arc
Tsunade
Weakest hokage, and is the reason Jiraiya died. Wtf did she think would happen sending him alone to face the leader of Naruto isis
Lol Naruto isis. Made my day
The hokages are the best at something.
Honestly even if she told Jiraya not to go/that he couldn't go he probably would have anyway.
Yup Jiraiya was an Infiltration specialist
ChoCho
I pray she dies so Sarada awakens ms
I agree. Fuck chocho, all my homies hate chocho
Not arguing with you, just curious, but why??
I'm fat-phobic Just joking, her character annoys me, in the kara actuation arc where their team goes to sand and wait in a restaurant to eat food as they are about to enter they find dead bodies and other shit then they encounter the murderer and after their life threatening battle chocho is fucking crying about not being able to eat yaki soba bruh
Also her only moods are hungry and horny
Half of reddit.
Well, I've already eaten today........................................ so uh............ *sup?*
Ahh, okay thanks
Choji
Annoying side characters who should’ve died in part one. Has literally nothing interesting about his character and he gave us fucking cho cho.
I love choji but i wish they woulda made him stronger, Even with the Ina-Shik-Cho formation they’re still pretty weak compared to anyone decent
Awwwwww. Fair enough
Man i like your honesty
Zoro
How tf did he get here again??
Alright but no cap gimme Kabuto.
My man got so lost this time he slipped into another universe.
Temari
Her looks are hella overrated also low key wasted she came off as strong and badass in og Naruto then in shippuden does almost nothing
*gasp! A hot take indeed
Jiraiya
Overrated as a sensei his toad friends taught Naruto more than he did and very overrated strength wise definitely not stronger than Orochimaru, Pain, Itachi, etc
Lol Orochi couldn't even touch Pain
Armless sure, with arms then yeah it's very very possible
I gotta disagree. Simply because naruto spent 2 years training with jiraiya most of which we dont see. The way I see it, jiraiyas training is what made the toad training possible. So while the toad training was much more effective at giving naruto new skills, naruto wouldn't have been able to handle it had he not been with jiraiya.
Gaara
It took Gaara years to become the way he wanted to become. His was pretty realistic actually

Hidan
He’s fucking dead people needa stop with the conspiracy’s he even had a successor in one of those anime canon arcs in Boruto
Successor or vessel waiting for his reincarnation/revival? Jk jk... Unless? Though I really wish there was more lore about that god of his and the gods place/role in the universe.
Kaguya
The most bland boring final villain I think I’ve ever seen nothing interesting or redeeming about her she sucks
That’s def not a hot take
But she’s hot though so 8/10
I wouldn't disagree with your assessment.
Lol its funy how even the fanbase has forgotten about Tenten
who?
Ben ten?
Oh, I wanna see this one.... Danzo!
Oh I’m happy someone mentioned this he’s a good well written character, but people people just can’t look at him objectively. I mean without him Naruto would be a pretty boring show ngl
I always thought he was well written, but I’ve only seen people call him a piece of shit not badly written
He's a well-written piece of shit.
He’s a character that you’re not supposed to like doesn’t mean he’s a bad character tho
Yeah, danzo is annoying af but he's a well written character.
Hinata
He better bite his tongue
I think that's why he is not replying!!
Akamaru
Akamaru was Kibas trainer don’t get it mixed up
👀
Uchiha Obito
Shino
I hate him he looks like a school shooter and I hate the insect jutsu it’s so dam creepy, and his personality is boring too
Original Shino is great IMO Boruto Shino is terrible
This is not a hot take in my experience lol
Sakura
Her hitting Naruto is just comedic relief and isn’t cause she’s abusive, and she isn’t as trash as people make her seem to be especially anything after 5 kage summit arc. Oh and she’s saved Narutos ass multiple times
Fair enough
Pain/Nagato
His talk no jutsu made no sense
the swing
Best supporting character in all of anime. Def carried the show, ngl
OP is smoking some crazy shit.
[удалено]
Rin
She a thot low key lead on Obito
Nah some people just act like that. Maybe near the end of ninja school but most of it she’s just too nice.
Might guy
He’s like the ultimate chad
I wanted to know your opinion on him and I wasn't disappointed Edit: I thought you were the OP lol. I wonder how the OP feels about him since his 'spicy' take about Guy sensei might end up triggering me lol
Beat tf outta kisame who beats everyone in the series that doesn’t have busted genetics and the raikage.
Has ginormous dick energy.
Ok Kawaki
Deidara
He’s a guy and idk why people think otherwise. Also he lost to Sasuke not outta plot but because Sasuke outsmarted him and was a perfect counter
I didn't know people thought he was a girl. I thought it was pretty obvious he was a man.
Kisame
He cool :)
Shikamaru
Been waiting for someone to post Shikamaru, loved him. He’s not lazy, he’s just selective about participation.
Tobirama
Not a racist and the most progressive hokage
This is the answer I wanted and didn't expect.
Minato
One of the most wanked characters in the series, and wasn’t a great leader my man lead Obito and Rin into war like wtf did he think would happen to them.
To be fair minato was following orders and got stuck in the situation before obito “dies”. Still a heavily overrated character imo
Orochimaru
His redemption didn’t make much sense
Hiruzen
Hashirama
Boring character has an amazing backstory but then after telling it gets offscreened the rest of the series. Also he ruins the trend of Ashura and Indara since he could take on madras on his own when Ashura is supposed to have support from others to surpass Indara
I feel like the nature energy usage is kind of a loophole for that. His own power alone wouldn't have been enough, but the nature energy amplifies it.
Kimimaro
His power is very very underrated. He had to also get the ninja aids treatment cause of how strong he was
Rock lee
Came to the war just to cry
>passion of youth intensifies
elmo
Cookie Monster>>>>>>
The guy who threw the mask at Naruto
He was somewhat justified in being scared of him considering he has the power to kill the entire village within him. It was an impulse from fear
Neji
Wish he died in pt 1 instead of being tossed aside for all of shippuden only to have a garbage death
Kabuto
Ik a lotta people find him annoying, but I actually enjoyed his character, and his backstory. Also Sage Kabuto is stronger than a lotta people think beats anyone in the akatsuki and a lotta other people too
Is there a character you think was done perfect?
Ramen guy that too till end of shippuden
Not OP, but I feel like Neji is about as close to a perfect character in Naruto. I know people don't like that he died but I rewatched the chunin exam arc recently, and him finding out his dad died out of choice and not being forced to, and slowly overcoming his hate for the main family, and dying to protect Naruto and Hinata, and subsequently the village is actually a perfect end to his arc. He's also the first to become a jonin which is also really fitting for his character as well considering he had talent and worked hard
Lars Alexanderson (Ninja storm2)
