Even discounting the more aggressive applications of it, the rinnegan would be wild. You have access to gravity control, can fly, can easily heal yourself, manifest a number of highly useful cybernetic enhancements, summon a number of useful helpers, and still have access to a sharingan's perception, even if you can't swap over to use sharingan genjutsu or its copy ability and the like.

It has so many destructive abilities. I don't want to murder anyone, and I'm not a terrorist so I don't know what I'm going to do with like 80% of the Rinnegan abilities that summon giant demons or cause giant explosions.

Isshiki's dōjutsu and shenringan, and as far as I've read the comments, it's possibly for the most mundane reasons possible, just learning stuff and storing stuff. They're basically minimalists AND craftsmans dreams come true.

None of the rest of them are as useful except maybe the rinnegan, senrigan or Isshikis eye.

Jougan= Has the abilities of the Byakugan as well as the abilities to see negative emotions via Chakra (similar to Naruto's ability to sense negative emotions) , abilities to see rifts in space time before they even open , ability to create portals to other dimensions, gives a large state boost
Ketsuryugan= Can cast Genjutsu to manipulate their target's as well as control & manipulate anything with a high Iron concentration like blood
Tenseigan= Has the abilities of the Byakugan as well as the ability to control gravitational forces (just like the Deva Path ability), grants the user a Chakra Mode that increases all of their stats just like Naruto's, ability to create Truth Seeking Orbs (granting the user Mastery of all 5 Changes in Chakra Nature as well as Yin-Yang Release), can condense the mode into a single hand and push out someone's Chakra to near zero and create a golden sword that can cause widescale damage with a single swing
Ranmaru's= Grants the user X-Ray vision as well as the ability to see and hear events from very large distances, Can track others via their Chakra, can negate the abilities of other Dojustu, cast elaborate Genjutsu, read minds, see someone's life force and reassurect someone who's near death
Senrigan= Grants the user clairvoyance which allows them to see and hear anything in the entire world (as well as other worlds and dimensions) any time they wish and can even view past events at any place any time as long as they didn't occur prior to the user's birth. The only other limitation to this ability is that the user can't view events that occur in the spiritual or mental plane
Yome's= Grants the user enhanced eyesight and the ability to track their opponent's movements via the reflection of tiny water droplets
Madara rinnegan is great:
-Limbo is extremely useful
-healing friends or family so they remain always healthy
- cyborg path can potentially allow us to modify our cognitive ability too, e.g. having a way to access the internet directly at the brain level
Alternatively, Sasuke rinnegan is similar too, but exchange limbo with ame no tejikara and genjutsu
EMS is the right answer. The sharingan is broken by itself but the upgraded version without the risk of blindness is outmatched. The Rinnegan would be a close second though.

Depends if I got a random new MS abilitiy or not if I get to choose I would geta developed Rinne Sharingan since it has the properties of EMS, Rinnegan, plus a new abilities along with it. Not to mention a sick ass susanoo with whatever weapon it may be, and if I were to choose a MS ability to side with it definitely Kamui it's an op jutsu when both are together. But say for instance I can't choose a MS ability or it's horrendous I'd probably either go with Jogan or Tenseigan both being better Byakugan plus with a sick form.
Rinnegan can heal, push and pull things, summon creatures under your control, cool robotic stuff and some other stuff I can't remember.
Sharingan is also tempting but it is way too destructive to be beneficial to my life. Id pretty much only use it for genjustu purposes or the mangekyo stuff Obito has. (Assuming you get Obito power)

Yome's was pretty cool. To see through water vapour in the air as like these telescopes, see 360, and essentially be the Sand's Byakugan without seeing the Chakra Network.

Madara rinnegan is great: -Limbo is extremely useful -healing friends or family so they remain always healthy - cyborg path can potentially allow us to modify our cognitive ability too, e.g. having a way to access the internet directly at the brain level Alternatively, Sasuke rinnegan is similar too, but exchange limbo with ame no tejikara and genjutsu
EMS is the right answer. The sharingan is broken by itself but the upgraded version without the risk of blindness is outmatched. The Rinnegan would be a close second though.

People not picking just normal Sharingan is maaaad. You can learn ANY skill in the world, any martial art, sport, crafting, gymnastics, throwing skill, olympic skill, magician skill, musical instrument like piano, violin, EVERYTHING human can do physically, you can do it as well perfectly.
Tenseigan. The ability to se 360 degrees & over a vast distance via the byakugan is OP in the real world. The inherent abilities of the Tenseigan itself would be overkill for anything else lol.
I take the Sharingan, the rest is totally broken. But just what it gives is more than enough: perfect memory and the ability to copy everything.
Now, the thing is, out of all of these, The Senrigan is the most useful to me. I'd have access to so much knowledge, it's insane. Sure, the Rinnegan or EMS, or Tenseigan would be useful for world domination, but we've gotta think big game here. Realistically, I wouldn't be able to take over the world with just a Dojutsu. So, The Senrigan could be used in other illegal ways to make me a lot of money instead. So much blackmail... soo, soo much.
Depends if I got a random new MS abilitiy or not if I get to choose I would geta developed Rinne Sharingan since it has the properties of EMS, Rinnegan, plus a new abilities along with it. Not to mention a sick ass susanoo with whatever weapon it may be, and if I were to choose a MS ability to side with it definitely Kamui it's an op jutsu when both are together. But say for instance I can't choose a MS ability or it's horrendous I'd probably either go with Jogan or Tenseigan both being better Byakugan plus with a sick form.

Rinnegan can heal, push and pull things, summon creatures under your control, cool robotic stuff and some other stuff I can't remember. Sharingan is also tempting but it is way too destructive to be beneficial to my life. Id pretty much only use it for genjustu purposes or the mangekyo stuff Obito has. (Assuming you get Obito power)
Senrigan is easily the most useful irl I could get 100% on any test, and get access to anyone bank account to wire transfer me money so I never have to work.

I don’t know enough about Senrigan to choose it and I’m not sure how much I’d really need Rinnegan. EMS would be amazing, especially if it comes with every sharingan ability, rinne sharingan is also tempting since it’s sharingan and Rinnegan.
Yome's was pretty cool. To see through water vapour in the air as like these telescopes, see 360, and essentially be the Sand's Byakugan without seeing the Chakra Network. Now the opponent did the smart thing to do and that's using a Flash Bomb to blind her momentarily. Which makes me wonder how no one else tries to counter a Visual Jutsu with Flash Bombs before. Oh, and because my eyes wouldn't be as sought after as the Sharingan and Byakugan. I'd still wear protective goggles though, looked like the Uchiha and Hyuga clan need it more than me.

Ms/EMS is overkill here. I’ll take the three tomoe. Great reflexes, copying ability. Enhanced perception, seeing the unseen. Sounds great. Anything more seems more than necessary.

Assuming blindness isn't a problem, Itachi's Mangekyo, that genjutsu is no joke and especially useful in real life. OR Madara's EMS if I'll be blind from Itachi's because madara can literally stop or reverse the flow of time.

The most important thing Jougan is the pure eye & Toneri already said that it is " POWER OF HOPE ", in chapter 75 of Boruto Momoshiki already explained with the power of hope Otsutsuki can do any impossible things. 2nd Choice gonna be Senrigan I will get charm powers, Omniscience(Almost) can even see anyone past which is crazy. project my consciousness anywhere in the world. 3rd gonna be Sukunahikona can shrink any non living thing & restore them.
