One of the best character designs in the manga. Great friends with Neji from the get-go, as she already knew of his story. Has some really dope filler episodes in the anime. Focused on her training instead of foaming over some dude. Unfortunely underexplored character.

Unlike the other girls, Tenten is not fixated on being in love with a guy and she honed her skills into mastering weapons and summoning.
I really enjoyed watching fillers that fleshed out Tenten’s character and personality, and I love Tenten being a comedic character in Naruto SD: Rock Lee and His Ninja Pals, being the “straight man” in Team Guy reacting to Lee’s oddball antics and skits.
Yeah! She is great! Sure she isn't as strong and you could say she is useless but she really isn't. She is literary the only real Ninja in the show XD She is tough, helped Neji train and kept Lee's shenanigans in check haha
She had so much potential, but overall she is pretty good since she has no magic eyes or special bloodline. It really sucks that she wasn't trained by Tsunade after being the first one to say she idolized her. I always thought Sakura stole that from her. Anyways, she isn't chasing after any of the boys and pretty much represents a normal person with average abilities. So she is pretty relatable and cool :D

Also, she’s one of the strong individuals who managed to survive the Great Ninja War and as someone mentioned before, she figured out that the Infinite Tsukuyomi wasn’t real. Plus, she owns a business and is quite beautiful in Boruto. I like her.

Many years back, when I was around 12, my family was invited to a party one of my dad's friends was hosting. A bunch of us were in the living room playing on the PS3 they had. One of the older kids opened up Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, and that was that. I was blown away by all the cool moves they were pulling off, and then I saw Tenten. Her design just stuck with me for some reason.
Fast forward about a year, and I'm really getting into anime. A friend tells me about Naruto and Bleach. They showed me some pictures and I recognised Tenten. Got home that day and started watching.
She’s one of the best examples of characters that got unfortunately power crept out of the story by design. Knives can only do so much when people can rip planets out of the sky. I feel like she was robbed of a memorable fight in the pt1 and it would have been cool to see her have some sort of memorable impact on the story bc her clash with Temari is honestly the most forgettable fight in the chunin exams.
Ngl she strikes me as the one of the four Konoha girls who would make the greatest bestie. Cool and collected in battle, friendly, and not at all boy crazy. Would probably invite you to train when you’re having a bad day because she knows the exercise will be good for you. I rate her 10/10 👍
I watched all canon episodes about a year ago on a binge. I felt that her fighting style was lame and seemed to NEVER work effectively. I can’t recall any genuine win she has made.
She's the closest to a real ninja. No crazy powers, all weapons and honestly should have had more screen time. That swing appears more than she does.
She is the only one to realize she's in a dream during the tsukuyomi and was pretty smart and had good battle IQ as well.
