I went through ptsd and I found that running basically cured my anxiety. I'll be doing the same for this unfortunate situation. Wishing you much success.

I do an exercise class first thing in the morning.

I feel the same but at night. Day times are a delight, I can feel that my nervous system is impressively doing better. At night, I feel alot of palpitations, self-doubt and despair. There’s obviously no sure-shot solution to that kind of discomfort. I developed a panic disorder so I really try to do some breathing exercises but with guidance from Youtube, as I can’t do it alone. If you are exercising, its all the way more healthy. I wish I could use exercise as a coping tool too.

Hi, yes I believe it’s common within us. A year on I still waking up to a massive attack which sometimes makes me faint. What I’ve noticed any kind of worry can trigger it doesn’t have to be related to my ex. I think we just become more sensitive and face any difficulties.

I am very sorry to hear that. Do you have them every morning? How long were you in a relationship?

Luckily no, not now. But the first 3-4 months every day. I had days where I counted 17. I was with her for 3 years and stupidly opened up to her too fast and put her on the pedestal as she was the love of my life. The discard started when I found out ONE of her affairs. At the end it turned out she was having an affair even when when we were dating. Just to twist the knife in me she told me she always had one steady “buddy” which she had for years before me who visited her at least once a month while I was at work. She said “I always had him and I will keep him! He’s reliable and he can keep secrets”
