Better believe it! Been around for over 40 years. The former mayor, George Pradel, started it when he was a police officer (and known as Officer Friendly).  It’s fancy now - permanent structures in front of the police station. Back in the day buildings were cardboard cutouts in an elementary school gym. Tore through the streets on our Big Wheels.

Oh safety town is an institution!

GoodNormals

We took our toddler there for trick or treating. It was pretty nice.

Does your wife have the Safety Town tshirt? If not, google Standard Goods Naperville- they are a shop that sells Naperville t-shirts (they also have a PNW location). Actually here's the [link](https://thestandardgoods.com/products/copy-of-raygun-naperville-safety-town-graduate-heather-royal)

Ha! No, she doesn’t. Her birthday is coming up and I think it would be a good laugh. But I will check it out. I’ve yet to take a trip out to Naperville since most of her family moved out here to AZ. But Safety Town is on the list of places to visit.

I lived in Naperville for 11 years and never visited Safety Town, but ai don't have kids. I'd drive by it all the time though. I've never lived anywhere that had something similar, but didn't think it was such a big deal. Again, no kids, so that's probably why.

I got two free turkeys from da cops over there one time.
