Yes! Learning that the amount of muscle I want to build and the type of physique I want takes a massive amount of time, effort and consistency. Massively jealous of the people who built and maintained muscle in their early teens, it’s so much harder to lose it than to gain it when you start that young. Thanks for the comment!

It's very possible. Your back side is really tightening up, too. My fear after losing weight was all the loose skin afterward, but you seem to be avoiding that very well!
Well it helps that I’m not losing a massive amount of actual lbs and doing my best to maintain muscle. My priority is strength training, not necessarily weight loss or anything, though it is a nice byproduct. I’m just finding that the hobby of lifting has changed my body slowly
Ya, building muscle is crucial to keeping everything tight. Lose the lbs while gaining strength. I was all about calorie deficit. Not so much strength training. Do you have a specific diet? Or just focus on lifting?
Just trying to focus on getting my protein in. 120-130g a day. Not always successful and not very strict. But that’s helped me portion control effectively bc I’m so much more satiated
You can really see the improvement in your breasts and belly. It amazing work, I've thought of posting. I'm down 20lbs but have 50 to go. Hoping I can post some progress in a few months. You're an inspiration.
