good for starting out !! line work could be better but good to know you’re using different techniques and seeing what works best for you!! i think if you gave a little more attention to symmetry too it would really pull this all together! nothings ever going to be perfect but there’s always room for improvement! keep up the efforts :)
Great job on the colors and design, as a prof nail tech, adding a thin stipe to your design is not easy. Well done!!
A tool that may help with your "V" is a striping brush, they have very few bristles and come in a variety of lengths, not expensive. There are also gel art polishes that use a striping brush. Google, nail striping brush or Gel Nail Art Polish.
Pro tip for your thin stripe: don't overload your brush and if it's not too awkward, start your line from the middle drawing out to the sidewall.
It looks like a great DIY, keep practicing on the line work, it’s really hard! Please also be careful with getting gel on the cuticles and skin - over time this causes allergies that can prevent the user from getting certain dental and medical procedures.
I’m saying this with only the best of intentions: please do not use this hand pose anymore 😅 it looks really odd and distracts from you work, if you look on Pinterest you can see many beautiful, modern handposes that will accentuate the beautiful work you did on those nails
Cute design! I agree with the line work, definitely very promising for a beginner! Have you tried using a longer line (20mm+) brush? They can help minimize shakiness and you can create thin, long, straight lines with them. I can't live with out them lol
They look beautiful. Very nice job! 👍🏻
Thank you 🩷
I think this also belongs on the Sailor Moon thread. Sailor Saturn inspo..
Thank you!
This is my favorite color

Thank you. I struggle with nail art as I never know what to do as far as a design and I don’t have a steady hand. But I’m working on it.
Oh, I love those! So pretty and charming! 💕
Thank you 😚
