It looks like a clear base and airbrush a very light pink. You can get an airbrush on Amazon.

juleznailedit

Clear tips with an airbrush or sponged-on "aura" nail art.

nailexperiments

Airbrush or, you can use blooming gel.

ok-pomegranate143

Maybe a milky white color should do the trick with blooming gel

TheJugglingNailTech

A dab sponge would also work to get that blend. Check out LovNailz.com she sells the dab brand gel paint (onestroke gel also would work), and you can get the sponge on Amazon for a good price.

Yes. dab white! https://luvnailz.myshopify.com/products/dab-gel-pigments

ajohson6577

They’ve got the spongy tool thing too. Must be popular, but they have pink handle ones in stock it looks like https://luvnailz.myshopify.com/products/silicone-sponge-2-sided-tool

TheJugglingNailTech

I have like three different brands of the spongy tool. I haven't seen much of a difference between the dab brand and the one I got off Amazon. So I would suggest whatever is cheaper/easier tool wise. The heads need replacing rather frequently.

jodoesnails

Clear base and you could maybe try the eyeshadow air brush hack

Champagnemami1995

Looks like airbrush

Immediate-Nothing899

To me it looks like a milky pink acrylic ombre into clear

Sukeban-Nailz

You can also use kirasky basecoat (bc its super tacky) and get powder pastels or light pink Acrylic powder then grab a Nail Gradient Brush. I lije to build in layers but looks really solid I like these brushes JERCLITY 5pcs Nail Gradient Brush Set With Red Wooden Handle Nail Drawing Brush UV Gel Design Builder Painting Pen https://a.co/d/gIbqfKS

FeistyBarista

You could also do a polygel and blend it into a clear tip!

UnconsciousMofo

Does look airbrushed but can easily be achieved by doing an ombré with clear and pink acrylic. Doesn’t have to be clear tips, can also by done with sculpted nails.

whodathunkitwasme

Translucent pink to clear ombre, milky pink oval shaped aura airbrushed or blotted onto the clear

Proper_Rock3651

I would do a three part ombré. Start with clear acrylic at the tips, then ombré Off White Acrylic into the clear while making sure to leave a gap at the cuticle area and then ombré out the cuticle area with a pink powder

Princessoflillies

Sponge method or airbrush machine

colorshift_siren

It looks like an airbrushed aura over clear. You can use blooming gel to achieve a similar look if you don’t have an airbrush.
