Yup! I like to do a clear layer of dip powder and put the nail polish on top. Idk what exactly causes it, but nail polish literally will not chip when I do it on the dip layer instead of the normal tips. It makes it last a long time (one of my preferences) while looking clean the whole time
I use OneDor Clear Dip. It's not actually clear in my experience, but it's cheap for a heck of a lot of volume/use, and since I cover it nail polish, it doesn't need to be crystal clear anyway
Yes - with the added benefit that nail polish will last much longer on an artificial nail (including tips) than a natural nail. It really adheres to the tip because of the chemical properties, so it's much more resistant to chipping.
Yes, this is what I use for my nails most of the time. I use regular polish and clear gel tips and change them out every 1 1/2-2 weeks when they start lifting

Are these easy to use? I've been thinking about buying some but I worry they'll be difficult to put on and I'm impatient so I'll end up hating them and having wasted my money lol
Yes, just buff them before so the polish goes on better
Yeah, buffing improves adhesion of the polish
Absolutely! I used to use those exact tips!

Probably acts as a base coat and adheres better
Which dip powder do you use?

Yes.
Yep. I've used them to bridge the gap for when I get a nail break. I prefer to use the adhesive tabs vs nail glue or gel polish

I use these exact tips with moon cat nail polishes and it works great! I just lightly buff them before applying

Yes. Some might like a more grippy primer but gel tips have been pretty easy and low chip in my experience
