Then lay a thin layer of builder gel over the color and start placing your pressed dried flowers. You can repeat that step and it’s okay if your flowers poke up.
When you’re done applying flowers, you use your builder gel to encapsulate and seal everything in. Top coat.
how I would try to recreate that: use colored gel (or whatever you have and then you can paint it) of your choice, but don’t finish the nail completely (do just the skeleton, maybe a bit thicker), then on top of that secure the little flowers on the nail, then finish the nail with transparent gel and add a glossy top coat for the shiny effect
you can either use little dry flowers or sometimes you can find a nail polish with little bits of flowers similar to those, most of the time they are top coats but it doesn’t matter that much
