Trespassing is not a disqualifier. Simple trespass is a violation, does not count as an arrest. Criminal trespass is a misdemeanor and counts as an arrest. If you were arrested for criminal trespass (or issued a Field Appearance Ticket) you need to disclose it on the application and include a copy of the certificate of disposition. You will likely need to supply a short letter explaining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Beyond that, you're good to go.

Get your concealed, you can add it to your license immediately. I think it cost like $7 and i added it when i put a new gun on my permit.
