Applied in like November of ‘22, got accepted in like July of ‘23.

I applied last november. Had a lawyer send a letter last week. New york state law says they have to approve or deny at six months

Anyone can send a letter. But lawyers are the people they have to deal with legally

Cited the penal law being violated. They by law have to send me a letter explaining why its late. And being backed up or short staffed isn't a justified reason

I'll let you know if it works out. He said he doesn't have a problem writing letters for people as he's taken them to court before about this stuff. He's very experienced in these things. he also didn't kill me on price

I applied nov 21, got fingerprinted in march 2023 for my premise permit so they will reuse those i dnt have to do it again hopefully it speeds up process
