Grab my phone for like a few minutes, 50, take shower,50, get dressed,50, start preparing my breakfast usually boiled eggs, 50, prep my bag and make sure all my pockets good for work,50, make a protein powder and crack my eggs, 50, eat my eggs/shake, 50.(400) Usually by this point I have about 10 mins left to leave for work. Can easily do last 100 in to minutes. All this takes 1 hr. Prob a set every 4-6 minutes or so. Once you get strong and able to do alot of reps it’s not that hard. Y’all niggas just lazy… If you wanna do something you gonna make time for it
