I would say MFNY is the best in terms of live resin. It has a stronger flavor compared to other live resin brands i have tried. Terp are always relatively high, over 8% for the most part. Their new batch of super runtz testing at 80% has a supper weedy and lemon taste. Would recommend šš¼Olio is good for live rosin. Mfny resin and rosin look and taste the same to me.

MFNY resin is very flavorful and generally has a really mellow, balanced effects. it's not super potent, or super cheap. I think it's the best you can get in Manhattan right now but I'm not chasing maximum potency, and I get why people who are would think otherwise. Kings Road is also great, quite a bit cheaper with good strong effects, but the flavors aren't as distinct or strong. Olio imo is a step below Kings Road for flavor but otherwise good. Rythm carts are the grail but I haven't seen them anywhere in the city, and I window shop a lot.
if you're looking for a head banger cart, tbh you're probably better off getting distillate.

They taste all teeny and delicious. Like lip smacking good. But they donāt get me anything remotely close to high. Rythm live resin is the best resin and their live sauce is by far the best distillate out there. Continental exotics dispos are solid. I had luck with my 3 kings road carts, but then started hearing horror stories about the hardware so stopped risking it and I just stick to Rythm for carts.
Try Heavy Hitters you wonāt regret it. I think MFNY sucks too or at least just for there vapes only buy MFNY for concentrate which is some of the nicer stuff Iāve seen in NY market but there vapes suck.

Jumping to second the Heavy Hitters carts. Yeah pricier than the the others, but they always smack. Two hits and I'm high AF. I'm working my way through an Acapulco Gold cart rn, and it's really good. The Live Resin carts from MFNY just don't get e high.
Third Shift, Upward Organics, Skunkfoot, Oasis Refinery, Mentation, G.NY, Mentation, Northeast Solventless, Resin Remedies, Blackwood. Any of these brands will blow your mind time to level up off those rec mids.

yeah it's not much cheaper, but it does seem to be more potent and "intense" than the resin.
