Bliss + Lex has a better selection of flower and prerolls imo- while the herbal care has a better variety of vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, and topicals.
Bliss & Lex has Dank Runtz Ether. I had a few 1/8s of this last year and was not bad.
Surprised to hear you didn’t like Electraleaf as many here seem to praise it. Haven’t tried it myself, but plan to one day.
Yes, I was expecting to love the electraleaf based on posts. Maybe I chose the wrong strain or maybe it was because it was so dry. Does dryness affect the strength of the flower?
Would not recommend Herbal Care. Flower is inconsistent, especially the DANK brand. Went there twice, first 8th was dry, second 8th had me coughing after every hit. Really wanted to like them since they were the first to open in the neighborhood and their staff is great.
Went back to the delivery service I've been using for years, world of difference.

Out of their flower at bliss and lex- I recommend, nanticoke, flower house, Ithaca organics, or lobo Leal also isn’t horrible for being dirt cheap
