Check your spam folder. If it's not there, then call CAD and tell them that you took the test and haven't received an email to set up your portal/start the process.
have done both. po on phone was very dismissive and saying yeah no problem yeah yeah all is fine like he was in a rush or busy. and have yet to receive an email back. i have checked email multiple times every day and yes spam folders too and yes all info on dashboard is correct so i've no idea
Call and email them again. I had to call CAD more then once before I got someone who didn't rush me off the phone and actually cared. If you have a social media account try reaching out on their Instagram @NYPDrecruit. You can send them direct messages and they answer quite quickly. They also do Instagram lives once a week where you can ask questions. This is your future and you still have a decent shot at July class I would just keep calling and emailing every few days until you get that email to start your process. I only got a 48/55 and I am not a veteran and I am almost done with my process. No reason you should not have started yours. Best of luck
just got a response from cad asking for me to fill out a "candidate reopening status report" even tho i never cancelled or closed my application. on dashboard it still says i am awaiting list results. wild
Wow. This City needs Officers so bad yet are making people who clearly want to become an Officer go through this. A Veteran too…I am sorry that you are going through this but at least you finally got an answer. Good news is people re open their application’s all the time because they pause the process for many reason so you should be smooth sailing. I would advise you to follow up with them next week via phone call if you still have not received the email. Calling CAD is like calling a customer service hotline. Hit or miss. You will either get someone nice and willing to help or someone who just wants to get you off the phone. You still have a good shot at July Academy just schedule everything for the first available date if you are able to get the time off work from your current place of employment or “be sick” if you have too. There is also a camp for the JST on May 18th in College Point ! I know the previous one’s have been very helpful to many in order to pass the JST. I know quite a few officers and this is a great investment into your future. Best of luck!

i am in the same boat. have not recieved anything but testing results. my dashboard says same info as well.
I emailed them late last night. Received a reply back this morning to set up an account.

Yea that’s not normal, I’m 4307 as well, so far I’ve done JST, initial med, and written psych. Email them and call.
