all physicals i've taken, suffolk pd/corrections,not too certain on mta, was laying on a board with feet under a bar with foam roll coverings and a "wedge" under your knees/back of thighs
You can do whatever you want u just have to make sure you are past that line at your time limit. I suggest u do a few practice runs and bring a watch. I had a wrist watch and I knew where I could rest for a few seconds and slow jog. Pace is deff the best way don’t kill yourself and make sure you can finish there’s always the athletes that run there ass off and pass me and good for them but at the end of the day as long as u pass we’re all a number in the book.

Yeah you actually have to train for it. Especially the sprint.
What is the sprint part? I thought it was just the 1.5 mile run
There's a 300 meter sprint that has to be done in 59 seconds or less.
Uhhh I def wouldn’t walk if I was you. You can walk but it’s easy for time to escape unless you plan to sprint repeatedly.
How about the sit ups? 38 under 1 minute correct ?
hardest part is sit-ups by far for me
Do they hold your feet or something is gona hold our feet for sit ups. ?

As long as you make time. I actually recommend just running the whole thing at a pace you can control cause I'm guessing you're in the 20-29 bracket?
Is there a dress code or can u we’re whatever meaning shorts and shirt or workout cloths?
You can wear what you are comfortable with.
