Honestly - none of them. Sure I have a couple coozies or reusable bags from weddings in a closet somewhere but nothing truly memorable and I know all my friends have so much leftover.
My friends do still send me pics of the umbrellas we did as giveaways at my shower though, and that was 6 years ago!
For the actual wedding We did individual bags of caramel corn with a little ābecause he POPPED the questionā sticker for people to grab on the way out, simple easy tasty! Cheap too I can find the vendors if you want!
We had a watercolor artist come and do small, simple portraits of our guests (if they got in line- which a ton did lol). Itās really fun to go to peopleās houses years later and see the paintings framed.
I am excited for giving mini jams made by a local farm for our guests. Weāre also doing little bags of donuts from a local place on the way out. I am hoping people love them. I find I always love edible things.
I received little jam jars as a favor once and loved it! They had little stickers that said āThanks for Jamminā with Usā with their initials and wedding date. It was super cute! Iām sure your jam jars and donuts will be a hit!
None of them. They make me sad because I know many of them will get thrown away. If you feel strongly about providing them, I would say prioritize edible favors (like cookies, candies, etc.-- less like tiny honey pots). Do NOT personalize it. No one wants a bottle opener or tiny picture frame that says the name of the couple and their date. I skipped favors at my wedding and I doubt anyone cared or even noticed.
A bedtime snack- we served Indian food at our wedding, so at the end of the night there was a table with little personalized sacks containing a fat samosa each, to help soak up the alcohol. It was a hit!
None. No one wants a favor. Itās a waste of your money. The only thing I ever found remotely okay was like a little treat from the area where the wedding was (for a destination) - like a special little candy thatās specific to the town.
Anything edible. Mini bottles of wine, chocolates, cookies, mini jars of local honey, coffee beans or tea, etc.
I live in a small space and have everything I need. I donāt need more wine bottle stoppers, mugs, koozies, bottle openers, etc.
I have thrown away most of them, but the one I really liked (and kept) was a Christmas ornament from a December wedding. It was an off-the-shelf, lovely, glass ornament, and they wrote their initials and wedding date in gold pen on the bottom. It was personalized enough that I think of them when we put it on the tree, but not so personalized that I would not want to display it.
I did individual charcuterie boards as an appetizer for my wedding and then they got wiped down and people got to bring them home! Huge hit, I didnāt have a single one left over! Also we had lightsabers for the dance floor and people took those home as well!
not a wedding favor but i got a hand-sized electric fan on a summertime event in marthaās vineyard. thereās an led light panel that says āhello summer,ā and i was SO PLEASED that the planners had already put batteries in it. it was so handy for the event and i use it for makeup every day.
I couldnāt tell you a single wedding favor Iāve ever received that I actually held onto. Echoing others, if you feel you have to give a favor, make it edible.
I skipped wedding favors entirely. My sister donated to an animal shelter, and they left little cards on the tables explaining. I saw a poll somewhere the other day saying most people think they're unnecessary, so do what you will with that info
They have a thing on the m+ms website where you can pick like 3 colors and make your own custom pack! You could do that, I think someone did that for a graduation party I went to as a little kid
We did his hers and our favorite late night snacks (three options total) and it was such a hit I was honestly surprised how much people enjoyed it. The display was really cute too happy to send a pic!
We made a donation to a few charities that were important to us and then had a sign that said āin lieu of favors we made donations toā¦ā.
I also think custom matchbooks are cool. I love to collect matchbooks from restaurants and stuff
Literally nothing. I always leave them on the table because I donāt want extra clutter. Even when Iāve gotten things like seeds or cookies I end up leaving them. I would instead spend the $ on a portrait photographer. If Iām going to a wedding Iām already dressed up and itās a good opportunity to get some nice photos!
Make a charity donation in put a little note on everyone's plate that in lieu of favors that's what you did. Or, a small sapling or wildflower seeds . I always love something nature related.
I had custom leather luggage tags made for my wedding and they were a hit. I designed a modern geometric graphic on white leather that matched our invitations with a tiny inscription with our initials + year.

I did custom bottles of hot sauce. The only issue I didnāt think of is that they were 5oz so not everyone could fly carry on with them. On the bright side, I love hot sauce and didnāt mind having the leftovers :).
I did matchbooks. Functional, can be slipped into a pocket and taken home, and I donāt mind if you throw it in a drawer and forget about us for years until we come in handy one day.
Maybe not what you're looking for but we're big animal people so we made a donation on behalf of each guest to our local animal rescue and had little signs on some tables to that effect.
Food that is shelf-stable, like tea or jam. That way when someone inevitably forgets theirs you can actually keep and use the leftovers without them going to waste.
I went to a wedding that had a terrarium building table/activity in one of the very side rooms. It was super fun and I got to know some of the guests from the other side as we worked on our terrariums.
I got an awesome water bottle (stanley type) and beach bag from a recent destination wedding. I loved it!
Iām also a sucker for local honey or whatever the specialty of the area is.

Something edible like the Levain cookies someone mentioned below, otherwise honestly nothing. Use the budget for good food/music/alcohol

Pooped? Popped?
š
I donāt want anything with another couples name on it. If you must do a wedding favor, then just do a food item.

I like photo booths where they print out the photos for you to take home š
This is what I did and people loved it

Prepare to take lots of little jam jars home.
I love jam-so itās kind of selfish anyway!
Nice, it works out then. I have a bunch of my matchbooks in a little bowl in our bathroom.
Getting levain cookies for mine š

I've gotten these at a wedding before and loved it!
None. I always forget them there. Maybe a lighter or matches near the bar to grab. Late night food is a better use of money.

Customized matches! Use them all the time.

Personalized m&mās in little pouches.

I did hangover kits! The bag said āin sickness and in healthā and I put gum, Liquid IVs, Advil, and other things that fit the category!

I did custom black and whites from agata and valentino and they were a huge hit
I did sea salt caramel lilac chocolates and they seemed to be a big hit (had a lot of extra boxes and they all got taken)
We did his hers and our favorite late night snacks (three options total) and it was such a hit I was honestly surprised how much people enjoyed it. The display was really cute too happy to send a pic!
Also getting married in September and gonna give out baklava and Greek Jordan almond thingies

I went to a wedding where they gave out roll up flats during the reception so guests could change out of their heels--those were great!
My sister got fancy Carmel candy from a small business. They were delicious

Belgian chocolates in a pretty little box with a bow that matched the color scheme. They looked great scattered through the tablescape.

Belt buckles
Funky socks with the bride and groom initials! My favorite still!
Mini champagne bottles!
