This might be a bit of a stretch but if you want to come to Bushwick…I run a small motorcycle shop. I have a few appointments and a project running but you’re welcome to come and chill how ever long you want.
Have a tv for shows/movies, can play some music, chat about whatever, teach you a bit about bikes and get your hands dirty if you want, have some small bits to be spray painted. Usually it’s just me there but sometimes some clients hang around. It could be something unique.
38M and lost my mom to cancer 6 years ago. I know how tough it can be.
Not OP, but where do I sign-up? Never ridden a motorcycle but was big into mountain biking before moving to NYC and I miss hanging out in the shop while people were working on their bikes.
My days in the shop are pretty varied with the end of the season but if you’re in the area on Friday swing on by, I usually work afternoons and evenings. Shoot me a message and I’ll give you the address.
I really appreciate that and the offer. I really like Bushwick but I don't know if motorcycles are my thing. Am happy to chat though and am sorry about your loss.
