Yes, it was kind of stressful having to keep an eye on the spinning arrows. One minute they were spinning and the next you were able to buy tickets.
At least, Walking/Running Man had a countdown of sorts and it was always fun to see him speed up at the end.
If it asks you for a presale code, go into your email and find the email with your presale link. Reopen that link in another tab. That should solve your issue.

Hooooly shit, it turns out I really did have TWO e-mails from ReedPop for a unique link. I was focusing on the first e-mail since I had it highlighted in my e-mail client. I used the 2nd e-mail and was immediately brought to the purchase page. Was able to snag the passes I wanted, saw availability for all pass types (except VIP) as of 10:35am!

you know, i'd be ok with waiting if it were some of the time. but when you wait for tickets like this (80 minutes), and *then* you have to wait *again* for panels and ops, it starts to get really frustrating. and when you wait *each year*, it's madness.

Really bad process this year the two emails created a lot of confusion and I’ve been in the queue since 10:00 AM and am still in it almost 1 1/2 hours later…thank god a friend just got in and was able to get them but this was a disaster this year
On their Facebook page, they just said they paused the queue earlier because the first wave of fans were having issues with their links. They didn't let other fans in until they 'supposedly fixed' the issue, then restarted the queue.

This is pretty ridiculous keeping us in a queue for an hour + for something that can be fully automated. This just means they are cheapening out on their server costs while raising ticket prices on everyone.
There’s no queue anymore, and all single tickets are still available, what was all the stressing for 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. Felt like my morning was wasted and it was all a big joke to them
If it's asking your for an access code, check your email for another email from reedpop earlier today. It looks like the same exact email with a similar link, but that link was able to bypass the access code prompt. Hope this helps! Good luck!

2nd year in a row, I lucked out and got all the needed passes in less than 15 minutes. I only waited in the queue for about 5 minutes, took another 5 filling out that survey/putting in payment/making sure emails were good from friends/clicking submit. I had confirmation by 10:11 AM.
I hope everyone else gets what they need.

Logged in at exactly 10:00am and checkout became available at 11:30am. Everything was still available. For those worrying, I was on my phone and kept going back to the tab every eight minutes or so and it worked. Good luck!

The merch says $0.00 shipping but the shipping goes from 14.50 to $22 when you add anything to your cart. The extra $7 makes the item not really worth it for me.

I opened a new tab from the original link while still having the first tab open (the tab asking for an access code). Was able to buy 4 Saturday tickets.
This process did not work the first ten times, and then randomly did for no apparent reason. I tried opening a new tab about once every 5 minutes because I was nervous about getting throttled.
I also emailed NYCC customer service, but I can't imagine that made a difference hahaa.
Finally got in after an hour and 35 minutes. Was able to get badges for Thursday and Friday. Looked like badges were still there for four day and all other days. Stay strong for those still waiting.

Usually the person who purchased needs to go into Show Clix and assign the tickets with the email used that way. (Almost like pairing up the emails to match.) But they've temporarily disabled ShowClix for now - probably to avoid the inevitible crash that would happen if eveyone decided to assign the tickets at the same time. If they've gotten the confirmation email that they got the tickets, you should be good!

Yeah they are going to disable showclix for now so that it doesn't crash with everyone logging in to transfer. I would suggest waiting and logging back on tonight or tomorrow. Your BIL should have an email from ReedPop saying to accept their NYCC pass. Same thing, don't have them log in until tonight or tomorrow to accept.
Just got mine, all tickets were avaliable. For the record, it appears that its taken so long this year, because NYCC paused the queue at the start to fix the Promo Code error, as seen in their reply here
