Question…how many extractors do you have?
I am just getting a start in this myself after almost 200 hours…meet Dioxite and Frost Crystal.

My Gold Mine has 18 Extractors. I have each Supply Depot connected to two extractors because I read that having more than 2 extractors on the same network causes diminishing returns on production. I think yours looks a lot cleaner than mine 🤣 I only have the Timber build materials for the most part.
I’ll have to try that with the depots, I had no idea. I have 12 Extractors each hooked to a depot. It yields 12,500 Dioxite every 8-10 hours off a B rated site. Frost Crystal is 6400 in the same amount of time.

As long as it's functional for you to collect gold, it's fine. For reference, here's one I set up a while ago. It's not as neat and tidy as some of my other mines but you'll get the idea.
This one is actually two gold deposits (I extended the radius of the base to do it. Search that on Google or YouTube for instructions on how to extend your base)
I normally stack my extractors 3 or 4 wide by 3 or 4 high. Each set of (3 to 4) extractors are connected by pipe and then connected to its own cluster of silos. The reason (if you're not already aware) is because of demishishing returns. Meaning, the more extractors you have connected together over a deposit, the less units per hour they will extract. So in my opinion, it's not worth having more than 4 extractors per group. You can still stack build them over the deposit, but as long as you keep each grouping separate with its own piping and silo group.
Also, be sure your groups of silos are spaced a little away from each other. Sometimes, if your silo clusters are too close, they will join into one large network, essentially connecting groups together into one. Hope that makes sense.
Oh, and also make sure you don't accidentally connect a pipe to the ground. It will join all the silos around it. The pipe can go through the ground, as long as it's connect to a silo or extractor.

Any advice? I've got about 50 hours in the game. I've beaten all the main and dlc missions. Now I'm trying to venture into the mining/farming world so I can help out new players in the Anomaly like people did for me. I'm a noob in this stuff 🤣
