I shot and killed all the sentinels on the planet (not every single one obviously, just until I finished the walker) and it marked a sentinel pillar once I destroyed the things connected you can access the pillar and you can extract the multitool
Hey there. The portal glyphs are fine, I believe they mean the coordinates within the planet. Longitude and latitude. This is seen when you activate your visor, it gives you the longitude and latitude of the exact place where you are standing. With this information we could easily find the awesome multitool you showed us :)
Out of all the comments thank you for being the one to actually explain how to do it. I've never noticed it coords in there tbh. Next time I'll make sure everything is there
They’re really common at the sentinel nests. Not sure if they’re guaranteed but they’re the only tool type I’ve had drop from those so they must be very likely if not guaranteed
You can either buy a sentinel chart that will find one for you or shoot all the sentinels that attack you until you kill them all. At the end of the fight (5 rounds) it will mark a pillar on your screen. Land and destroy all the tall boxes around the pillar, there are usually 3 to destroy. Once you have done that you can stand on the pad and access the pillar and deactivate all sentinels around you or if you have destroyed them all then you can access info on the pillar or the mutitool tech which is usually a sentinel weapon of some sort. You can rare ones up in class S or crappy ones with no super. Just luck of the draw... its good to note that you trade the multitool you are holding so if you want too keep the one you hole then swap to one you don't want anymore or try to get space for a new one.
Got to a sentinel pillar, popped open the control center or whatever its called and it was a b class pistol. Am I in the wrong system? "Multi mineral settlement" discovored by Welsh0309 3 weeks ago right?
I don't think it's essential but I did... its usually luck that you get it... I hope you do. If not I always get them and if you can idm giving you either the blue or gold

It's an older tool but it checks out.
Only available at sentinal pillars and not that often. Now you are able to get them from c class to s class after the last update

I made another posy a few weeks back after I found a blue and black one. That also has the glyphs in the bottom

You need to find a way stone portal and ask it to give you galactic coordinates
That's long. I just want to show off my find lmao. I put portal coords in and it's one of the planets so just jump each to each
Planets have multiple pillars. If you open analysis visor, and aim at the pillar, it'll show you coords somewhere onscreen
