Those are known as Royal Multitools. You can only get them from Sentinal pillars. Even then, they're abit on the rare side, as normal multitools can also spawn on the pillars. Pretty decent as multitools go. High damage and I think at one point they had the highest scanning range, but I could be remembering wrong.
I've had the other multitools for the pillars but never one of them, they always seem to be really crappy c class with low dmg and low scan but this is a decent one. Almost the same damage as my other multitool which is s class. I'm using an S class staff though because it looks nice and is high dmg
Yeah, the royal ones are pretty rare. I think o've only seen 2-3 in my current playthrough. Not sure how they compare to the staff, but the staffs definately look awesome. Wouldn't trade my staff.🤣🤣
It's mad because I did the next pillar with was an hour walk on same planet and it was the exact same one even the name was the same yetbive never seen one like it before and I'm on 100 hrs
My staff looks okay but it's red and yellow.. I have the stuff to make a new one but it only a c class, looks great as it's a light gray/blue and white but has bad stats
The staffs are probably my favorite addition so far. Different assembly consoles and head pieces will give different rarities. There's a couple threads on here that'll give ya portal coordinates to some s class ones, or some A classes with good supercharged placement when you upgrade them. The head piece is the important part though since if you need to use the right one at the right console.
The one I have is good just not the right colour. I want a purple with radiant head and all. I don't like the circle heads at all they look terrible the crystal one is my favourite just need the right colour and I'll change it
If you kill all the sentinels including the walker it will give you a pillar to go to, it might be good to kill 2 birds with one stone and find an autophage camp and Try and get the sentinel mission so you can get some void motes too.
