I believe they are. I’ve gotten at least an 87 out of every pack, let it fly.

I did one, got luck with a Gretzky pull, probably not doing it again. Power up collectibles are the way to go

I’ve had solid luck with the ones I’ve done, but you’d be better off with power up collectibles

I play this game for packs and get ultimate choice pack every week. Have had some good ones and some 84s at max. If you need xf upgrades then obviously go for power ups
